Nice break away

Hot tub was great with the decking area proving useful too. Comfortable beds and sofas, plus a selection of dvds, LEGO and ps4 for kids - a nice touch. Overall size of the van was good for a family of 4. Nice to have a bbq on the pitch (weather permitting). Kids enjoyed seeing the rabbits outside. Any issues were handled swiftly by the helpful and responsive host.

No space to store food stuffs in kitchen cupboards. Lacking a couple of basic utensils such as potato peeler and cheese grater. Cleanliness wasn't amazing in a few places and some parts of the van starting to show their age.

The beauty of the lakes and area

The hot tub was filthy had dead skin floating and hair from previous people made our whole family itch and not use it. There were things falling apart in that caravan, mould along the kitchen sink and the worktop coming away, stained on the carpets by other people. Whole caravan needs TLC on the inside and tub needs servicing. As error codes to do with the filter and jets were coming up .On appearance it "looked" nice but on closer inspection not as nice as first thought. The telly was very temperamental as well, WiFi wasn't that great Just not a pleasant experience a beautiful place but extremely expensive. For two days pass ,£80-100 and you still have to fork out when you have your passes which Is as expensive. The passes and extra costs need seriously looking over. Not fair that your made to feel punished and excluded from the arcades or entertainment area because you don't have a pass , sorely disappointibg for our little girl! Plus it took me 32 hours to get my deposit back, I had to keep chasing the woman. Tbh the whole time I was chasing her for information running up to the weekend away not as willing with information as she should of been.

Relaxing yet exciting

Caravan was lovely and modern inside, heating was great as it was quite a chilly week.

Average could be better.

location was fine - 45 min away from sea side and an hour away from home. For a last min break caravan wasn’t too far away from centre and it came with everything we needed. The owner of the van was very helpful while we was on our stay aswell.

The caravan was fine for a last min weekend away. Was cleaned before we arrived but came across left over rubbish from previous Holiday makers under beds and in cupboards. Hot tub was ok jets not the best but understandable due to electric bills. Would not eat in the spitfire bar! Food and service was shocking, they didn’t even have basic condiments (salt) Ordered a fish Goujon sandwich on bloomer sliced. Came as 3 child size fish fingers on hovis medium white. Not worth £8.85. Propella bar in the other hand was a lot better food was nice apart from they didn’t have half the menu so wasn’t really much choice. Would re attend but not in hurry can attend centre parcs for same price and for longer with better swimming faculty’s. Silly you pay all that money to stay on the site but then also have to pay £10PP to be able to use the facilities. Would be better if this was in the price. Really disappointing.

Had an enjoyable 4 nights stay during half term. We were lucky with the weather but was very busy.

Location was not too far from all the amenities.

Swimming Pool was far too small for the size of the site.

Very good

Very clean and well equipped Great to have a proper sized TV and the boys loved the PS4. Shower was good. Felt like a home rather than a caravan park. Hot tub was lovely. It was close enough to the centre to be handy but far enough away not to be noisy. We would like to return and will recommend to others.

Lights on the deck were not working so was very dark. The one thing that could have been much better was with regard to booking activities etc. We had not been to Tattershall before and didn’t know about the passes and that the restaurant, pool etc needed to be booked 21 days in advance. We managed to get a swim in both pools so that was fine but didn’t get to eat in the nicer restaurant. Meal in Spitfire was not great. It would have been better if the host had been more proactive about arranging the passes and letting us know about booking things. Thank you
