This is a really pretty, super comfortable ocean front condo, right on a private beach with a pool! Direct ocean front views, Located in the Pyramid on 95th street , the beach is beautiful there and is Ocean City lifeguarded, Its very clean and not crowded This two bedroom unit offers a king and private bath in the master with walk in shower the second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a bath with a tub shower combo . Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's There is an updated kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you would need, both bathrooms are tile. The living area offers comfortable seating and a brand new sofa bed, 65” flat screen tv and fireplace! Dining table and chairs, great for dinner or games! There is also an ocean front bonus room that is wonderful to relax and watch the ocean. XfinityWIFI. Also the Pyramid is across the street from a grocery store for added convenience! This place is even more beautiful than the pics!! We felt like we were right at home! So comfortable and inviting! Perfectly located! Easy access! We will definitely be back! Debbie was super nice and communication was great!

The property was well appointed with quality items from the sink fixtures and encased mattresses, to the enclosed patio and multiple beach accessory options. Heads above what you would find in a hotel or other VRBO rentals. The owner clearly put a lot of love into her selections which made it feel like an upscale rental.

This place is great and is just steps away from the beach! The place was very clean and check in was a breeze. I love the sunroom as it overlooks the pool and the ocean. It was so peaceful to sit and read a book while listening to the waves in the evening. There is also a grocery store and coffee shop right across the street and a 7-11 right next door which was very convenient especially with teenagers. Highly recommended and will definitely book again!

Debbie’s condo was nice. Had all of the necessities that are needed. Great location. Great pool. Nice touch to have beach chairs and sand toys available (thank you). Only item to mention was parking. It was $40 for first car but then 2nd car was $20/day to park in the lot. You could park across 6 lane highway but that is not ideal with older parents and young children and lack of crosswalk. Just an FYI.

A clean, well-appointed unit, in a building that is right on the ocean. Debbie is easy to communicate with, and makes the rental process super easy. Our family had a great experience, for the second year in a row. Definitely recommend.

Nice, clean 2 bedroom condo on the beach. All the beds were very comfortable. The locker had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. The location was a very safe area and walking distance to several great restaurants. Debbie was very accommodating and responded in minutes when I had a question. Great experience!

Very clean with a beautiful view of the beach from the enclosed balcony. Thank you also for the use of the beach equipment. We had an awesome time. Will definitely be back. Debbie was great, always answered any questions I had within minutes.

Condo was super clean and perfect for our quick 2 day stay. Parking lot was a little tight and office to pay for parking was closed at 2 on a Wednesday so made it a little nerve racking for checking in. Condo was well equipped with everything you need and the beach chairs available made it so easy. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Condo was a great location. The owner made the check-in process very easy. Appliances are very updated. Everyone loved the enclosed balcony area. One minor problem was resolved within an hour. Would not hesitate to vacation here again.

This condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep! It was cold this weekend in OC so having the enclosed balcony was a PLUS!! Morning sunrise was perfect! Very comfortable living room area with lots of searing and space. Kitchen was fully stocked as the Ad says and the Keurig was perfect. You will not be disappointed when renting this place. Colorful and vibrant decor gives that perfect Ocean Vacation feel. Great location and close to all shops and restaurants. We will defiantly be back. Hostess was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. My husband and I had a terrific weekend even with the Saturday rain/snow flurries. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our condo was in a great location right on Bethany Beach. the view of the ocean was amazing. the kitchen however was a tad bit small and maybe could’ve used a small table to eat at other than the bar but other than that everything else was spectacular. I recommend this place for vacation for sure

The property was found as advertised. It was well appointed and clean. Access to the beach and pool was a breeze. Beautiful view of the ocean. Good location. Beach was busy but not overly crowded. My contacts with Debbie were responded to promptly and satisfactorily. I would recommend this unit and certainly consider staying in the future.
