I cannot say enough good things about this condo! To begin with communicating with Debbie was simple and seamless. The condo was even nicer than described. It was spotless and all the furnishings new and tastefully done , the views from the enclosed sunroom/ balcony were spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfy. The watery/dryer is obviously new as were the kitchen appliances and dishes. This past weekend was especially sunny and warm which was a bonus in late October, but with easy access to the beach, we enjoyed our walks. We were also close to great restaurants that were still open, and Acme was right across the street. Believe me when I say I am fussy and particular about where I stay, but I can say this condo with all of its amenities was a genuine pleasure to stay in. We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Debbie provided paper goods, towels and linens. We loved the enclosed balcony it gave us another enjoyable place to gather. My husband loved that we were on a lower level. The furniture on the enclosed balcony was very comfortable. The location was great for us, a short drive to Dewey in one direction and a short drive to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family of six. It was spacious and clean. The additional space of the screened-in porch to watch the ocean was a bonus space. Highly recommend for staying.

This was our first beach trip with our boys (5y, 3y and 10 months). The proximity to the beach was perfect! The condo was clean and just as expected - was very child friendly as well! We had an excellent stay.

This was such an incredible trip for my family! The location was ideal. The sunroom was so relaxing. The pool was perfect. Right on the beach with beautiful views and sounds. We were able to drive to both Delaware and the inlet at different points of our trip with no problems. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to have sheets available. Also the supplies like toilet paper and trash bags were great to have and super convenient to not have to worry about packing those things. I do wish it was slightly cleaner; nothing major and wouldn’t keep us from coming back. We are already planning our next trip here! Thanks so much!!

Upon arrival we could not after getting into the Lobby get the other door to open. We used the code but would not open. We waited and another tenant came and told us it wasn't working and used their key to unlock and let us in Once we got to the room we had a key but was stressful upon arrival.

My husband and I needed a quick getaway, as did my sister-in-law and her husband. This condo was perfect. It was a comfortable, oceanfront, with easy access to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, good size fridge. Plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance and supermarket right across the street. What I particularly liked was how the condo management kept the property clean and the front entry staff always greeted us with a smile and was also very helpful with questions. I’d visit again. Oh, and beach was super clean and had lots of room to set up camp for the day.

This is an old building and expectations should reflect that. It is not an upscale resort. Which is fine, just know that going in. The pricing makes sense. Debbie, the owner was awesome. We had issues with WiFi. Unable to get Netflix or HBO working and overall internet speed dropped dramatically in the evening. The proximity to the beach is excellent.

This was my 1st time to Ocean City, and even though it rained the entire weekend, we still made the best of it. The enclosed balcony with glass sliding doors made it great. Was able to sit and still enjoy the waves. The grocery store right across the street and a roses for last minute pickup. I enjoyed the green scenery directly in front of condo that led up to the beach. It was relaxing and quiet. I liked the option of going to the boardwalk if I wanted to, because i truly just wanted serene peace and quiet without the crowds, even though the weather kept everyone in anyway. Debbie was very accommodating and responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

My daughter wanted to go to the beach (our happy place) for her birthday. This property was perfect, right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and cozy. We like going to the beach in off season when it’s less crowded and more peaceful to enjoy the beach and our favorite restaurant ‘Touch of Italy’! OCMD is our vacation spot twice a year and we definitely would love nothing more than to rent this property again in September when we plan on coming back to OCMD again.

Property is well kept. Furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Ocean view was perfect. Sun room overlooking the water is not heated for use off season. With the sun room and living room doors closed you can not hear the ocean. Personally we did not like having to make our own beds, then strip them on the last day to begin a laundry that included the towels we used as well as having to bring all the trash from our stay out to the garbage chute ourselves. The Bose sound bar in the living room was not programmed correctly to work with the remote so had to use the flat panel's speakers instead. We would book again if the owner changes the linen and towel rules as well as the garbage rules. We did not go on vacation to work.

The property was clean, but it needs some work and could use an updated couch. The enclosed balcony space was great! Debbie Lizardi made it easy to communicate. It was occasionally noisy due to work being done on nearby properties, but that is not the owner’s fault. A little finishing details and this property would be really great! Overall, it was really good for a couple of nights.

Directions regarding access to unit were easy. Rooms were spacious. We especially loved the sun room. Beach view was gorgeous and great access to beach. Close to stores and restaurants. We will definitely book again!

We had a quick overnight trip to OCMD with our 10 and 7 year old granddaughters. The girls were thrilled with Debbie’s place! It was clean, and felt like home. The pool was beautiful. And even though we arrived on a stormy day, and didn’t go in the ocean, we had a terrific time!

This property is PERFECT!! The rooms are spacious and the indoor/outdoor balcony area with direct ocean views was a big draw. Debbie (owner) was easy to get ahold of and it was nice to see how secure the property is, with cameras and staff all around. My friends and I were celebrating our birthdays so it was nice to be so close to good restaurants, etc. I DEFINITELY recommend this unit and landlord, Debbie. Thanks for an amazing trip!!
