Modern hotel with lots of light and space and some imaginative furnishings in the common areas. Nice pool.
Staff were very helpful, allowing us pretty much to lock up after ourselves.
Rooms were large if a little spartan. Looked better in the photos.
Perfect situation for a pit stop on the road to/from Chiang Mai, although absolutely nothing else roundabout.
The obvious issue here no food available on site, and no amenity for any we could find within 20 mins drive- nor any kind of set up to eat in the room comfortably. Eat before you come.
No noise from the road but a bit from the local soi dogs.

Very nice property. Good sense of design with a simple and clean industrial style. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. Just what you need for a family holiday. Room size and amenities are great. There is a big pool in the court yard but we didn't use it. This is a great option considering the limited supply in the province. I especially love the morning time at this place when you get sun light on the deck.
Poor selection of shower floor tile which gets slippery when wet resulting in safety issue.
Odd placement of A/C which blows directly to your head when sleeping in bed.
The property is next to a fishing club which gets noisy with announcement on speaker early Saturday morning. It was alright if you intend to leave early anyway.
Unstable and weak water pressure, it was either hot or cold.
The pillow was on a stiff side so it wasn't so comfortable - could be just me.
Guest Wi-fi went on and off constantly so I couldn't use it.
