The hotel is centrally located and the room is spacious. It is a great value for money! The staff is incredibly helpful and very communicative.

Very friendly host that served nice breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
It's between a busy road and a large hotel, so it can get a bit noisy.

The property has great parking and is well located for the museums and the gori fort
The room was not in great condition the apartment had a kitchen but the kitchen did not have a fridge or any crockery or utensils not even cups for a glass of water or a cup of tea - there was a communal kitchen on the ground floor we were provided access to but still very odd.
No bin for trash in the kitchen, no light shades making all the lighting very harsh and we were very cold with minimal additional blankets provided.
The glass shelf broke in the bathroom and there wasn’t even a bath mat provided meaning the floor was soaking mattress was also pretty uncomfortable.
The location was great and it was spotlessly clean but for the price this was not a good stay very glad we only stayed the one night!
