Julian is a great host, always up for a chat and happy to help. Breakfast was freshly prepared, I could tell Julian via WhatsApp at what time I wanted to eat on my veranda.
Strong AC and wifi and a small cozy light besides the bed. Slept very well each night, as it is tucked away a bit from the street
As I had a scooter this was no problem for me, but be aware that you need one if you want to go the main street (Julian can organize a scooter)

Nous avons aimé séjourner ici, notre hôte est souriant, gentil et donne de bons conseils.
Nous avons pris un scooter pour 200k les 3 jours.
Le petit déjeuner est servi et fait maison, c’était très bon.
Merci pour ce séjour :)
Rien à dire de particulier, il n’y avait pas trop d’eau chaude mais ce n’était pas dérangeant

Wer auf Sein Budget schauen muss oder will, hat hier wohl die beste Unterkunft in ganz Kuta. Für den Preis bieten die Zimmer alles was man braucht inklusive schnellem Internet und leckerem Frühstück. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfreich und kann auch Roller vermieten. Die Zimmer sind ausserdem ruhig und für den Preis auch ziemlich gross.
Ein kleiner M-Mart ist zu Fuss in 3min zu erreichen und ein paar wenige Restaurants auch. Wer gerne lokale und günstige Küche hat, sollte die Warung Sapa besuchen.
Das Badezimmer wirkt nicht sehr einladend und eine warme Dusche wäre schön.

La amabilidad de Julian. El desayuno riquísimo y las facilidades del alojamiento. Lo recomiendo sin duda! Cerca había un gimnasio y se aleja de la multitud ruidosa del centro. La ubicación es muy buena.
