Rehearsal dinners, receptions, weddings, etc. that exceed our occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Tuscan Inspired Villa. Large gourmet kitchen with KitchenAid commercial style appliances. Kitchen is open to the dining area and adjoining Great Room which features tongue and groove ceiling. Great Room is the perfect place to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or premium flat panel TV. The large courtyard off the Living Room, features a wood burning fireplace. Family Room opens to an intimate veranda which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view! The twin bedroom just off the Family Room on the main floor sleeps two. Enjoy the grand Master Suite, luxurious King size bed and sumtous bedding. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private veranda. The master bath features a spacious glass shower and two vanities with granite countertops. There is a second King suited bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom. We’ve known about this property since 2014. It’s very quaint and unique and very nicely decorated and optioned. Lots of good things like a new gas grill, wood in the fireplace, etc. All very unexpected but quite nice. Several significant maintenance issues. 1) Nonfunctional shade in the master bath, 2) Cleanliness - dead insects all around the kitchen and bathroom windows. Very dusty throughout. 3) sofa was soiled in several spots but cleaned the entire sofa for my family. With just a few attention to these details, could be a 5 star property.

We visited this beautiful villa for my mom's birthday so we could also do wine tour. The villa was exactly how it was listed and advertised and even better. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were modern, and the atmosphere was so cozy. The beautiful sunsets were an added bonus! We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Villa della Luna exceeded expectations. The home was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The winery was amazing and the villa is in the ideal location for peace and quiet while also having convenient proximity to the winery, restaurants, and downtown Dahlonega. Tonya provided great instructions via email so our check in and check out could not have been easier! Loved every minute ❤️

Our daughter was getting married at Montaluce and we had several people coming from far and wide so we rented Luna and Sole. All we’re in awe of the grounds views and accommodations. we had adequate room to mingle and just had the best time.

The house was beautifully decorated and stocked beyond expectations. The layout was perfect for a family of 5 with bedroom suites. The outdoor seating was enjoyable when watching the sunset and taking in the vineyard views. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was ample. They neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. It was in a very convenient location for an event at Montaluce and for family staying in the villa next door.

These villas were the perfect sanctuary for our wedding party! Beautiful views, plenty of room and so convenient to montaluce. We used for hair and make up as well as the rehearsal. You must stay here if you’re getting married at montaluce!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and was furnished with very nice furniture, dishes, and appliances. The location is quiet and is a 1 minute drive from the Montaluce Winery restaurant. Highly recommended!

We just spent the weekend at Villa De Luna and absolutely loved it! It is just as beautiful as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. You can tell there was great care in picking out the décor and the special touches that are provided to the guests. The location was very convenient to many vineyards and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The Hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions and requests promptly. I highly recommend this property.

This Villa is truly one of a kind! Pictures do not do this place justice. You walk in and you feel like you’ve stepped in an Italian home. I booked this villa for the weekend of my wedding. My bridesmaids and I stayed here to get ready for the big day. The house is stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Communication with Tonya was seamless and she was super personable and sweet. The views of this villa are breathtaking. If you want an escape to Italy but be in Dahlonega Georgia this is the place to book. The home is taken care of doesn’t even seem like a rental at all. I felt so relaxed and calm here! I will definitely be booking here again for a weekend get away with my husband. Thank you, Tonya for adding a stress free process to my amazing wedding weekend!

Villa Della Luna was everything and more than we expected. It was the perfect location to enjoy Thanksgiving family time. Not too far from home so minimal commute time, but felt like we were world's away. The villa has every amenity you could possibly need (except maybe aluminum foil). We really appreciated the generous supply of coffee k cups, sugar, trash bags, toilet paper and the showers had automatic dispensers of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoyed fires both inside and outside in the courtyard, and of course, watching the football games on Saturday. Had a terrific meal at La Trattoria restaurant at the winery too. Looking forward to a return visit soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Villa with us!

Nice Italian villa in North Georgia. We had a small issue with some pesky wasps when we first arrived. Contacted the owner and her son immediately responded and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed this home so much for the short 2 nights! There is so much thought put into this home, it is the perfect winery home! We felt like we were in Italy. It was wonderfully decorated, kitchen was well stocked, beds are VERY comfy! Outdoor fireplace was a nice touch. I can’t wait to come back. Extra bonus is the winery , overall perfect time.

I recently stayed in the villa with 5 other girlfriends for a girls weekend. It was a beautiful house and the location was perfect. Very close to the winery and downtown Dahlonega. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the patio and courtyard the most. There was an issue with the water not working one night and the owner quickly provided an update on when it would be back on and reason on why it turned off (it was out in the entire complex not just the villa). We would definitely come back!!

I booked this property (and another owned by the same couple) for my immediate family and wedding party to stay the day before and after our wedding at Montaluce winery. Overall the interior and exterior decor, looked AMAZING. The grounds are beautiful and everyone kept saying that they felt like they were in a Tuscan getaway. I Would recommend this to you if you intend to stay on the grounds for a wedding. My only criticisms are: the hostess, although very responsive, was rude to me when I had to call her for the access code to enter the building since she sent it to the wrong email address. And in terms of cleanliness, there were one or two strands of hair in the showers of one of the restrooms. These were inconvenient but not deal breakers for us because the rest of the house was clean and we had a blast at this location.
