Tube from the property! Also a wonderful place to stay in the cooler months! So many events and activities!! The holiday lights and displays... new last year... are fantastic!!Ask about 3rd night free January-February! Located in the heart of Gruene! Our pet friendly (limited 1 dog, 40 pounds) condo is located on the Ground floor on the corner of the complex. Gruene’s River View (101) is a refreshing corner condo with easy ground-floor access and views of the Guadalupe River. We’re right in the middle of Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall and all that Gruene has to offer! Leave your car parked in your condo parking and walk to all the music and more! Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Or, bring your tubes or floating devices and jump into the river for a river float or swim. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.

The Condo was an excellent location for us. It was very clean and comfortable.

Great location in Gruene on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condos are a little bit older but have been kept up and clean. Has a walking path down to the river where you can get in the river or sit by the water. Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was smooth. Had a good time even though it rained the entire time we were in town.
