About this condo rental
Located in Eastsound, this charming condo for $267 per night is a great option for your next break. One of the finer, more modern accommodations in the heart of Eastsound, the Lieutenant's Suite has many amenities. It is 787 square feet and sleeps two people in its loft bedroom (queen size bed), plus an additional two people on a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The loft is accessible via a circular staircase. The condo has a view of the Eastsound Waterfront Park with easy access and walking about Eastsound. This condo has a modern well-equipped kitchen with everything a chef needs, including a gas stove and an electric oven. There is also a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and shower (in the bathtub). The bath is located on the first floor or bottom level. The Lieutenant's Suite also has satellite television with 250 channels, plus 9 HBO channels. The high definition television set, a Blu-ray DVD player and Roku, is 55” and is in the living room. A large number of music channels are available via the satellite receiver. Encrypted Wi-Fi Internet and telephone service (3 phones and an answering machine) are provided in the Lieutenant's Suite. With this complete array of amenities, you may not want to leave the condo. We do hope, however, you will enjoy the many attractions found when exploring beautiful Orcas Island, the Gem of the San Juan Islands. We believe there isn't a better place to stay while exploring this enchanted island than in this lovely Indian Island Suites vacation rental building in the heart of Eastsound. The location is perfect. The manager went out of her way to be super helpful in getting the football game on the television an extra sheets for the sleeper sofa.

This was the perfect place for exploring Eastsound - we loved being able to easily walk into town for meals and shopping. The space was also super comfortable - great amenities and comfy furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

The location is a two minute walk to the main part of town and across the street from the bay. With the windows open on the bay side there was a great breeze coming into the apartment.
We did find that we needed all the other window coverings closed because right next door are a couple businesses so there was not a lot of privacy.
Also, the room was not ready by check in time at 4pm so we sat outside for about 30 minutes while the space was finished up. That did ensure a clean room though!
Lastly, the bedroom is upstairs (which we knew) however what we didn’t know is the stairs for the adjacent unit is right above your head. Our neighbors had young children and they were up & down those stairs late & early so not much for the vacation rest we had hoped to find.
Overall it was a nice stay for us.

This rental is located right when you enter Eastsound, on main street. Across the street is a park that overlooks a lovely, quaint ocean scene. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee, and local events. Jetted tub was wonderful! Nicely stocked kitchen. Would stay again!

We desperately needed an escape from work and every day life, so we decided to squeeze in an impromtu visit to Orca Island right before the Memorial Day Weekend.
The Lieutenant's Suite is absolutely stunning! The spiral staircase alone would have earned it 5 stars, but the entire property was amazing. The suite was quite spacious - the decor, the modern amenites, that spiral staircase leading up to a romantic loft - all amazing. Trust me the pictures accurately depict how wonderful it truly is.
The property is so conviniently located a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and the local market. There are park benches facing the Eastsound waterfront across the street where one could have a picnic - and we did! Had we more time, we could have whipped up a gourmet meal in that spacious and well equipped kitchen. The parking was so convinient. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.

The place was awesome and Connie was a great host. Overall the suite was flawlessly clean, very spacious for 2 and had was very well equipped.
We loved the fact that it was so well connected to the town that we would just stroll around at any time, no car needed!

This space had everything we needed and wanted for a 3 night getaway; 15 minutes drive to/from the ferry, an excellent kitchen to cook meals, cozy furnishings, the gas fireplace for warmth… we were very pleased. The communication to/from the Host was clear and concise. If it presents itself we will rent from here again!

The condo was beautiful. The location was fantastic and the giant windows give you an incredible views. This was a work trip for me but I would definitely go back for a romantic getaway with my wife

At the same time the property is sufficiently away from the busy parts of town so that the stay is quiet and relaxing..the view from the french windows looking out at Indian Island is perfect...serene and beautiful.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The property is surrounded by lavender and it caries right in on the ocean breeze. Beautiful view of the bay a short walk from all the restaurants and shopping. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed (although who wants to eat at home with all the great restaurants nearby!)

Walkable to all the shopping /dinning in Eastsound, just across the bay. Had some trouble getting access to keys at first, but worked out with a quick call. Cleanliness can be improved.

A beautiful location and perfect access to town. The place was everything we could have hoped for. The only thing to be aware of is the French locks because we did not know how to open it but afterward we saw the Attachment had called that out (in bold) and realized it was our mistake.

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I took a long weekend away to visit Orcas and I'm so glad we were stayed here. The reservation process was smooth and easy. The location is perfect for visiting Eastsound. It's just enough outside of town to be free of the crowds (and construction) while being close enough to walk everywhere. The unit is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed - I could easily see myself booking a longer stay and working remotely a few days. Thanks for having us! We'll definitely be back!
