About this villa rental
Luxury villa in exclusive La Finca de Marbella. Located in the popular golf resort of Rio Real in a quiet residential area dominated by gentle slopes with olive and pine trees, beaches, dunes and sea views. Designed by a leading architect, this beautiful villa offers a spacious open lounge which has the added benefit of fully sliding glass curtains on two sides. These can easily be retracted, opening up the entire room to the terrace with a dining table and lounge set and direct access to the sunbathing area with 4 sun loungers and saltwater bath that is lit up at night. The villa is beautifully decorated by a famous Belgian design duo. , matching the atmosphere of La Finca. The dining area seats 8 people, open to the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, double fridge with freezer compartment. The service is white fine porcelain. Adjacent is a utility room with washing machine and dryer also accessible from the garden. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and patio doors to the garden. There is also a W. C. on the ground floor. The marble staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large windows on 2 sides with access to the large upper terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. It has a king size (180) mattress. Bedroom 3 also has zip-lock beds that can be made as a double bed or 2 single beds and direct access to the upper terrace Bedroom 4 has a king bed (160) and direct access to the upper terrace with 2 sun loungers. There is another bathroom with double shower for the use of the upper bedrooms 3 and 4. All bathrooms are finished in marble and have underfloor heating. There is air conditioning throughout. The saltwater pool is maintained by the local staff. There is a closed private entrance with parking for two cars on the property.

La vivienda está ubicada en una urbanización de reciente construcción, muy tranquila y muy cerca de Marbella, apenas 5 minutos en coche. Vivienda en perfecto estado, moderna y con todas las comodidades o necesidades que se puedan requerir para unas vacaciones. Está tal y como se muestra en las fotos.

The villa is outstanding. Very modern, high quality and well designed. The location is perfect, just a two minute drive from the coastal highway. The owners left the fridge well stocked for us which was very appreciated. We had a perfect holiday.
