Situated in Wildwood Crest, this charming condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Weekly rentals only. {Saturday to Saturday ONLY}, Come relax and forget about all your worries with both breath taken and magnificent views on the beach in Wildwood Crest. Watch the most amazing sunrises over the ocean in the mornings, with your morning coffee. Watch the dolphins swim by with all the seabirds flying all about. Take a walk on the beach, or walk a few blocks to the bay and watch the sunsets at the end of your day. In the evening you can watch the moon rise over the horizon. Its so amazing looking out the full length window watching the waves come in, and spotting some dolphins swim by. You will see people using kayak wind sails or riding the waves with their surfboards or just swimming. Kids playing in the sand and people enjoying the sun. Newly remodeled, Two room efficiency unit (Nautical designed) on the beach with AC, ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, has fully stocked kitchen with, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, crock pot and full size refrigerator. All pot pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups supplied. Service for 6. Private bedroom has 2 queen cool gel memory foam beds, 1 large dresser and a rack to hang your clothes on. 1 Queen Sofa Bed in living room, kitchen table with 6 chairs, a wall unit to keep your stuff on. large kitchen sink with large counter. Bathroom- shower/tub sink and medicine cabinet-bathroom, the entire bathroom newly remodeled. Free Private Internet Wi-Fi in room, cable (comcast) TV with DVD player in each room. Features an outdoor heated in ground pool, with kiddie section. BBQ grilling area with tables. On site laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers, bike rack. Out side shower, brand new elevator and newly remodeled lobby with sitting area and Wi-Fi. On site restaurant. Sundeck on the second floor with lounge chairs and tables, Beach volley ball. Because of the pandemic sheets will not be supplied, NO bath or kitchen towels will be provided as well. You will also have to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper, tissues, coffee filters regular size for Mr Coffee maker. **Only rent to Families or Mature adults over 25 years old. NO Pets, 1 assign parking spot only. (#304 parking spot) Free beach N0 Smoking in unit. Trolley stop at the corner of the street, takes you to Morey's Piers at the fabulous board walk which also includes a water park. Sunset Bay is a 5 minutes’ walk away. 15 min drive to the Historic Cape May to the shops and the Cape May Lighthouse, Diamond Beach is where the SS Atlantis {the Concrete Ship) sank. They have two gift shops and they do a ceremony at sunset to honor our fallen hero's each night. 30 min. ride to the Cape May County Park & Zoo in Cape May Court House. There is plenty places to rent a bike to ride around. By the bay you can rent kayaks and jet skies, fishing rods, boat, standup paddle board, and swan pedal rentals. So many things you can do in the area. Rent a boat to go fishing or go on one of those whale watching boats. They also have sunset dinner cruises. There is the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse in North Wildwood. A lot of site seeing and bird watching all around the island. Play miniature golf at a number of places around Wildwood and Cape May. They also have 18 Hole Golf Courses in Cape May Court House and in Rio Grande. Or go up to the board walk to Morey's Piers, and enjoy the boardwalk with games, rides, or do some shopping at the shops. Enjoy a spectacular night time display of fireworks every Friday throughout the summer beginning at 10 pm exploding to a musical score that is played all along the boardwalk. Visible anywhere on the boardwalk, or from the beach by the Madrid. If you don't feel like staying in the room and cooking there is plenty of places to go out to eat. Some of the favorite places to go is: Downstairs to the attached restaurant , "Sun Dog". or go to any of the following places: Owens Pub, Dog Tooth, Duffy's, Italian Kitchen's, Surfin' Pig, Dosamigo's Mexican Restaurant, Maui's Hotdog House Which was on Diners Drive-ins and Dives, in Wildwood. You can also go to Wildwood's First and only Brewery, "Mud Hen Brewing Co". They have a Restaurant, kids menu, take out, upstairs lounge, dining room, 3 full bars, patio and firepit, lawn games brewery and live music. Lucky Bones, The Lobster House, C-view Inn, 2 Mile Landing and Crab House in Cape May. There's so many other restaurants and taverns you can also check out. Cape May Winery & Vineyard in North Cape May. You can also check out the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum Located in the Cape May Airport. Spend the day at Cape May Point State Park, it's a 244 acres state park located in Cape May Point NJ. It has walking, hiking and nature trails as well as beaches, an exhibit gallery, a ranger office and is the site of the Cape May Lighthouse. A lot of people come there to Bird Watch. So what are you waiting for, go pack your bags and come to our unit, you will not want to leave. And won't be disappointed.

This was our 2nd year staying at Madrid - this condo was better than our last rental. Having two queen beds was great and the larger sized fridge was so helpful. We did cook meals and used the grills - it may be helpful to have some staples in the cupboard (salt, pepper) we were able to stop by shoprite and get any items we forgot and found it better than Acme. Upgrades to the pool are awesome and the kids had a blast. Hosts were very helpful, contacted us as soon as the condo was ready which was a few hours before check in. Highly recommend this unit for your family's vacation. We will keep in mind for the future when/if we come back to Wildwood Crest. Thank you, Marianne & Paul!

Overall was a nice place, hostess is very nice and communicative. Only downside is the lack of linens, supplies, etc. Had to bring everything which was a bit of a pain but I would stay here again!

Upon booking, Marianne was nothing short of amazing. She answered any and all questions we had, gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do, and was in contact early on check in day. We were able to check in at least 2 hours early and found the condo clean and just as described. We had a fantastic week in Wildwood Crest and upon return will book at the Madrid with Marianne again.

We had an amazing time! The property was exactly as listed! Close to the boardwalk and cape may! Checking in was super easy and it was great to have a pool! Sun dog on the beach (restaurant downstairs) was great! Thank you!

Fabulous time at the Jersey Shore
Had a great time - you can't get closer to the beach. What a view - sunrise, ocean and you can see the Friday night fireworks! We were very comfortable during our stay- all amenities needed and Marianne was great with information prior of what we needed to bring and things to do/places to eat. Would definitely go again!

The units at the Madrid share a balcony, and we did have a little noise and second-hand smoke from nearby neighbors, but that can happen anywhere. The owner of this condo is also SO nice and was VERY attentive to every concern and question we had. She provided us with lots of tips on things to do and places to shop for the best food prices. She’s a gem! Overall, we highly recommend Madrid Condo #304!

Great, fabulous, fantastic!!! Great location, very clean and modern condo. Loved it!!! Will definitely consider returning. Only small problem was laundry machines were broken for most of our stay, but that is to be anticipated from time to time.

Great place for a small family
We had a great time with our 13 and 10 year old daughters. Lots to do, the owners have great suggestions and the place is neat and has what you need. Can get a little loud at night depending on who else is staying but it wasn’t awful. My kids loved it and I enjoyed my morning coffee every day while looking at the ocean.

We knew the size going into the lease but was a little small with two teenagers. Wished there was central air or two air conditioners. It was very hot so the air ran most of the time and made it noisy. Very nice bathroom and unit was well supplied. Close to the beach which was nice. The Madrid needs some overall upgrading!
