Located in Seaside, this charming house for $900 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Gardner's Eden is a cozy, family-owned and operated house located just off of 30-A in Old Seagrove Beach. Situated just 120 yards from the beach, you can easily walk down to the water or to Seaside (literally 10-15 yards away). It is situated on a private, dead-end street with no through traffic. The house is 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. In addition, the unbeatable location provides quick and easy access to the state park, local restaurants, shopping, and the neighboring communities (Seaside, Seagrove and Watercolor), yet provides an escape away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Gardner's Eden has an open floor plan, perfect for families or enjoying the company of friends. The large living and dining area flows into the kitchen. One of the first floor bedrooms contains a king bed, the other first floor bedroom contains two twin beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor. The couch in the living area has a convertible bed (full size). French doors from the master bedroom open to a balcony which offers a spectacular view of Seaside. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor Crow's Nest, the perfect spot for a late afternoon cocktail as you watch the sun set over Seaside and the gulf. The downstairs porches and decks offer plenty of outdoor space and ways to relax, whether it is cooking dinner on the grill, sitting on the porch swing or enjoying the outdoor shower. - Fireplace use not allowed.
- Asked for a late check out but never heard back.
-Property needs a bit of TLC.

We were so happy with this property and the full experience of staying there. Ellen was amazing - great communication, super helpful and very accommodating. We had no issues whatsoever. It was very clean (sheets and towels were fresh and smelled clean - a rare thing with most others we've stayed in!). It really was perfect and while one street over from Seaside proper, it was perfect as the street was more quiet, less foot and car traffic and super close to the beach access. We really had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The only small suggestion we'd have is that the cleaners pay a little attention to dusting the shelves and knick knacks... usable and common surfaces on the other hand, were spotless. Everything was great. THANK YOU!!!

My husband and I stayed at Gardener’s Eden for a week with our two kids (2.5 and 4.5). The house was better than described - perfect layout and space for our family to spend time away from the sun, well appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms. Ellen was proactive and communicative, gave fantastic recommendations for bike and chair rentals. The location is PERFECT! My husband and I were so sad to leave that we checked availability to see if we could stay a few extra days. We will be back!

House was clean, in good location. About 200 yard walk to get to beach. We brought bikes, but could have gotten away without needing bikes. Walking distance from seaside shopping area (about a quarter mile). Kids and parents all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach and house.

Hop, skip & jump from Seaside! Easy for teens/kids to ride bikes to & from Seaside or Beach. House was super charming and more spacious than the photos reveal. The second floor is private with a very large suite overlooking big balcony (which leads to crows nest). The two rooms downstairs were great with bathrooms. Kitchen has everything needed! It worked nicely for our family & we had an awesome Spring Break! Ellen was super sweet! We will be back.
