Nestled in Madison, this lovely cottage for $583 per night is a great option for your next break. Newly renovated cottage. Direct waterfront home in Madison’s most desirable waterfront area. Four bedrooms, 2 full and one 1/2 bath. Sleeps 7 Walk to the Madison beach hotel and into town (restaurants, shops, grocery store, cvs, starbucks) or along Madison’s beautiful coastline. Bike to hammonaset state park along the green mile trail. Beautiful green lawn from your deck to the Long Island sound. Plenty room to park. Enjoy all Madison has to offer from the best view in town. Short walk to Madison Beach Hotel for outdoor/indoor dining , spa and entertainment. Also, a short walk to Madison Beach Club and Madison Country Club which are for members only. Air conditioning only in July & August. One ac unit is based for family room and dining room. All three upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and will have individual AC units. There is no heat in the cottage. October can be chili, but beautiful! There is a wall heater that heats the family room and dining area.

Everything was great! - our second time renting this house with an amazing view of the sound from the porch; relaxing for the entire family. Construction on new home going on next-door was a little annoying, but that will end someday. Otherwise our family had a great time and the host Bryan was very organized and considerate.

We had the best weekend away at this cozy (and uber clean!) cottage with the most stunning view. The kids loved splashing in the water and we loved the peace and quiet.

Pristine cottage, beautiful views, very clean. The construction of a house next door made conversation challenging as they were cutting stone etc… I would consider renting again when construction is completed. The managers couldn’t have been nicer. Chaise for lawn would also be nice

We had a nice time in Madison. The location is truly gorgeous and everything you need is close by. Unfortunately construction next door significantly impacted our stay, which is the reason for 4 stars. Future VRBO renters can trust in all the 5 star reviews assuming the construction is complete.

We had an absolutely amazing stay (myself, Wife and 2 young children). The house was perfect - size, condition, etc... We loved the location. A couple minute drive to town and a short walk to all of the amenities at Surf Club public beach and park!

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The hosts were very responsive. When we arrived, the house was very hot, in the 90s upstairs and there was no AC. It was unseasonably warm that week. The downstairs bedroom also is very small and has the washer and dryer in it. Unfortunately, we were not aware of that when we booked the house. The hosts brought AC units the next day for each bedroom upstairs and in the main living room but the small bedroom with the washer/dryer did not have any air conditioning. Overall, we loved the home, just wish we had known about the downstairs bedroom issue and the AC before booking.

This is a quintessential New England beach house. The house and property look exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Owners very responsive. My kids had a blast playing around, especially at low tide. Can't beat the views.

Perfect cottage for cozy beach getaway. Location can't be beat. The property is totally fine for 3 adult couples. Unless your additional couples are super high maintenance, don't worry about the shared bathroom and smaller 2nd and 3rd rooms. Bryan was easy to work with, flexible and responsive. Our group is already agitating for a return next year!

We had an AMAZING week! The house was perfect and very clean. The view could not be beat. We enjoyed all of our meals on the covered patio while watching the tides change. There was plenty for the teenagers to do in the area. Perfect spot for kayaking.

Loved our stay so much- will definitely book again. Location can’t be beat! House is charming and comfortable. We had 95+ temps so we were hot without AC but we knew there wasn’t AC going in, so it was what it was. Fans in every room were greatly appreciated! I almost hesitate to review because we want to keep this place to ourselves! Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

This property was absolutely perfect. Spotless and extremely well-kept. No AC, but even during the heatwave we had while we were there, the house has winds off the water and it was very cool at night. Now to the location...it doesn’t get any better. The kids (and adults) loved climbing on the rocks, examining the tidal pools and swimming in the little cove that kept the water calm. Walking distance to a few great restaurants and a longer walk or short drive to a lovely town. Highly recommend!!!!

This house is fantastic. The pictures are accurate. Our family of 6 adults had a fun and relaxing time...spent most of the time on the large porch looking at the water; public beach was short walk. Added bonus, the Madison fireworks barge in the water was right off the property for the 4th, and we had great views of the firework show. Overall - a must visit!
