About this condo rental
Nestled in Massies Mill, this attractive condo for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Best location at Wintergreen Resort! 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath slope side condo on Eagles Swoop Ski Slope! Eagles Court is a gated condominium community opposite a Gourmet Market which sells all the essentials from toiletries to beer and wine and hot and cold foods such as pizza and subs. Within eyesight and a brief stroll to the Mountain Village including The Edge bar/restaurant with live entertainment on weekends, the Coppermine Restaurant, the ski rental /lift tickets facility and the shops at the Mountain Inn, Eagles Court is perfectly situated. Sit back on the deck and watch the sun come up over the Blue Ridge Mountains and the action on the slopes or sit inside in front of the log fireplace. The condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed and half bath. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out trundle. The main full bath was recently renovated. You have a full kitchen with breakfast bar connecting into the main living room with a flat screen smart tv, Direct TV, free wifi, Wii, DVD player and all the books you can possibly read. Just a short drive to multiple Virginia wineries (Afton Mountain, Cardinal Point, Flying Fox, Hilltop Berry Farm Winery, Veritas Vineyards), Breweries (Devils Backbone, Bold Rock Hard Cider, Wild Wolf, Blue Toad Cider, Blue Mountain Brewery, etc), and Silver Back Distillery. If you enjoy hiking be sure to try the more than 30 miles of Wintergreen trails that are just steps from Eagles Court or try the Appalachian Trail that connects to Wintergreen's trails or take a 30 minute drive to Crabtree Falls which is the tallest cascading waterfall east of the Mississippi. We LOVED this condo - perfect location in Wintergreen! 2 min walk to the Market which is a great place for breakfast/lunch/pizza and all the goodies you may need! 5 min walk to the Lodge and the restaurants. We are coming back and staying here again! Well equipped condo, everything you need for a great relaxing time!

We loved staying here! Not only is it in the perfect location, but they stocked everything so well. Light bulb went out and they extras on hand, so many extra blankets and bedding if you need it, and we even saw an extra fridge filter. The chest of toys for our kiddos were also such a nice surprise! Thanks for a great stay!

Not only was this place in the best location ever . The place was very home like feeling . Market was across the street skiing , tubing , rental office , restaurants and pretty much everything is next to you with in a few steps . Back porch was fun to watch the skiers go by . Outside grilling and bonfires . Easy to ski in and out . Well maintained grounds . Best part of our rental experience was the love of animals all around . Everything was tailored to having your family pet with you . Comforting all the way around . Had a dog bed for them by the warmest fireplace ( wood supplied and can get more stashed outside ) . Great selection of books to read .and gaming for the kids / smart tv with you tube live tv and other accessible guest features .New appliances and all cooking items you would ever
need . Also the mattreces were very comfortable . We even spent the night on the wonderful sectional by the fireplace with loungers on each end . Will most certainly rent this place again

Comfy condo which is slopeside to Eagle Swoop ski trail. Great location, with convenient access to ski rentals, the Edge restaurant, and Black Rock market/convenience store. We enjoyed our long weekend!

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Unit is in the absolute best location. Maybe 15 steps from the front door and we had our skis on heading down the slope. The Market (Wintergreen grocery store and gas station) was so close we didn’t even need our jackets.
Wood fireplace was very cozy, plenty of dry (perfectly split) wood stocked inside the unit. Huge selection of books, movies and special thanks for Amazon prime fire account, awesome online movie selections. Beds were cozy, more than enough blankets and a plethora of cooking utensils.
This place has a great vibe, from the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be special. Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to rent your unit. The weekend couldn’t have been any better.

Fantastic Place Right on Slopes
Very Easy Checkin. Place is well cared for. It’s on the 2nd floor so you can watch the slopes right out the window. Eagles Swoop is right outside and short walk out the front door. Kitchen was well equipped and had a Kuerig. Plenty of channels on the TV for when the weather isn’t cooperating.

I have never seen a visitor guide as well thought out and as individualized as the one that the owners have put together. Also, can't beat the location right off Eagle Swoop and short (2 minute) walk to the market store where you can pick up hot breakfasts, lunches, dinners, coffee, and any other provisions you may need. Very convenient! Would definitely stay again. Loved the British theme!

It is very close to the lodge so it was an easy walk to the coffee shop to sit outside in the morning and watch the view. We walked up to have dinner at the restaurant one night. There are only a few restaurants open in the summer and we did not want to leave the mountain so we ate at home one night.
The condo was clean and comfortable and i especially enjoyed watching Disney + shows and reading.
Be aware that the roads are very steep and windy and can be dangerous in bad weather in case you get car sick or are not a confident driver.
I would rent again in the fall or the winter to get a different experience.

Lovely condo nestled on the ski slopes of Wintergreen
This condo was a very nice and clean two bedroom home. It was beautifully stocked with all the necessities one could need, like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker (keurig and regular coffee maker), spices, washer and dryer and a very nice covered deck to sit out on and enjoy the scenery. The beds were comfortable as were the couches. This is a small place, but perfect for my husband and me. We brought our two small dogs with us and they totally enjoyed the house and the many hikes we went on.
Just some things you should be aware of that have nothing to do with the house itself. We went in the summer and even though Wintergreen is a four seasons resort, many of the restaurants were shut down for the summer.
The other thing one should know, though it is not a criticism, just a fact, the home is on the second floor and if you bring your dogs, you will need to go down a short flight of steps to get them outside. There is no access from the covered deck.
Overall, the home was pristine and well appointed and I highly recommend staying at 126 Eagles Court!

We decided to make a great escape to Crabtree Falls. We stayed at Eagles Court and it was an awesome stay. Eagles Court is centrally located at Wintergreen. You can walk to the market and main resort area. We walked to the kids Discovery Center and had a blast. The condo offers awesome amenities and was a very comfortable stay. We even used the community bbq to grill steaks! There are lots of hiking and outdoor options in the summer in the area. Lots Breweries and restaurants are in driving distance. We highly recommend staying at this condo!

We were looking for a long weekend away and loved that this location allowed for 4-legged friends. The location of this condo is perfect and provided a beautiful sunrise over the slopes. We appreciated that the house came with many basics (trash bags, dish detergent, soap, etc). The greatest opportunity was the kitchen set up. The pans were not great (lots of food sticking), the cookie sheets under the oven were actually dirty. I couldn't stomach washing them myself. We actually walked to the store to buy Reynolds wrap to put on the one cookie sheet that was usable for cooking. This also prompted me to want to wash every dish we needed before using it. Also, the bed is listed as a Queen, but seems like a very small Queen...more like a Double. Finally, there were a number of ants throughout the house (kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom). We couldn't keep any food out on the counters. Overall, it was a good stay, but I believe we'd look for different condos if we return to Wintergreen.
