Lovely clean comfy nice balcony room was good
No iron in the room or building, had to wear my clothes with crease. nothing in the area really quiet and empty have to go to central which is a 30min walk no beach either it’s an uber ride

A very clean and comfortable room . This is a new hotel located on the site of a previous hotel. It still retains that new building feeling. The city of Setubal is really worth a visit and has many good restaurants and much better value for money than other Portugal resorts.
The location of the hotel is at least one mile from the heart of the city with limited parking.

The rooms are large and very clean. We had a corner room with a large wrap a round terrace. The terrace had two lounges but it was a little too cold to sit out there. The bed was decent but the pillows were not comfortable.
The restaurant was not good. We were looking at the menu at the reception desk when a male waitstaff came over to rudely inform us, if we wanted to eat, our only choice was the buffet. They cater to tourists groups and obviously do not care about their hotel guests. They had a group of 90 people coming in that night for dinner. The buffet food is low quality and the hot food is left out with no form of heating . We asked why do you have a menu to choose from when you can’t order from it? He really didn’t have an answer for that. Luckily we found a Portuguese restaurant across the street that was very welcoming and good. The location of this hotel is pretty bad. There are no restaurants or shops unless you want to drive a good distance. Would not stay here again.
