Excellent location, just steps to the cathedral. Clean, comfortable and has elevator😊 Nice break after 2 weeks on the Camino. All the conveniences of a home in a studio apartment. Greatly appreciated having my own space with bathroom and kitchen all to myself after two weeks staying in albergues. The best was finding ice cubes in the freezer, oh wow how great it was to have several glasses of ice water. It was also nice to be able to cook my own dinner. Despite all the good restaurants and bars around old town, I savored being able to cook a simple meal and enjoy it in my own space.
Could have used a second cooking pan in the kitchen since there are two stove tops. Also would have been nice to have a lid for the cooking pan.

Seriously you could not find a better location in Burgos. Staff at the hotel (for check-in and just 120m away and easy to locate) were lovely.
The apartment and building is lacking in maintenance. The front door handle to exit the building is about to drop off. The fridge is not secured so when you open the door the entire fridge almost falls out. Whilst there is a washing machine supplied no powder or liquid for it is supplied. There were no wine glasses, even after asking, the answer was no.

Excellent location in the center of Burgos.
The room looked quite different from the one on the photos and was smelly when we arrived. There was no one at the reception, so to check in, we had to go to another hotel 300 m away where they took our credit card despite the room being fully prepaid. I believe it's in violation of Booking.com policies as the payments should be handled through Booking. I doubt they have a secure system of storing credit-card information. In the morning, long before the check-out time, some random woman thought it's a good idea to just open the door and enter our apartment.
