I absolutely loved the fact that it was just as pictured on the site and just a few feet from the beach shore

Great stay and a beautiful beach in your backyard

Beachfront and heated pool. The 3rd floor s suite private balcony was the best part of the rental. Accommodating staff

Beds were not comfy and booking.com did not have the accurate text number posted so we missed our first night. Thankfully the property owners gave us a night for free to make up for the hassle

Great little place right on the beach.

Nice cozy little Condo unit right on the beach. Onsite staff was very super nice and helpful. Our 2-bedroom condo was large enough for the 2 of us no problem. Nicely decorated and had a good selection of kitchen items. The beach area was actually getting restored after the past hurricane washed so much sand away. It was amusing to watch truckload after truckload of sand get dumped out.

The bathroom was a bit tiny....but overall, it was ok. It would have been an issue if there were 2 couples staying there with limited countertop space. The heat (furnace) worked well as it was pretty darn cold in January.

Beautiful beach front condo.

We loved that it was right on the beach!

I didn’t like the fact that no one told us that we had to go to another location to check in. Luckily a gentleman who I believe was staying there gave the address of the place to go to check in.

Magnifique, emplacement de rêve, à cette saison j’y retourne demain !

Emplacement exceptionnel, sur la plage, grande terrasse vue sur la mer, avec piscine à partager mais vu la basse saison on était quasi seul. Linges pour piscine à disposition et chaises longues. Joli appartement avec cuisine équipée de manière suffisante pour cuisine simple. Joli salon et 3 chambres de taille très agréables. Place de parc juste devant la maison.

Chambres côtés route: bruyant dès 5h du matin. Cela mériterait des vitres avec verre anti-bruit. Système électrique des luminaires un peu chaotique car presque aucune lampe ne s’allumaient avec les interrupteurs, il fallait allumer chaque lampe individuellement, ampoules à changer sur la terrasse (2/3 ne fonctionnairnt pas) et porte-fenêtre qui coulisse très difficilement. Mais il s’agit juste de petits travaux d’entretien qui n’ont pas eu d’influences négatives sur notre petit séjour.

beautiful location and lovely apartment.

the apartment has a wonderful beach view and spacious balcony.

the fridge freezer was not operational. although a mini fridge was delivered promptly, all my freezer produce was wasted. no elevator option so with many bags and in the heat it was a challenge.

Amazing location, awesome view, nice pool, great staff, bottled water and coffee, beach towels and chairs, nice decoration, smartTVs, great beach, fair price!!

Full-size beds in need of new mattresses ASAP. It’s so noisy every time when moving that we would wakeup several times each night.

Amazing!! great location, ultra clean property, friendly maintenance crew and great views and location.

at check in I was told the apartment that I reserved was not available.(1 bed with balcony) and was offered a 3 bed on the ground floor instead, no other option (I travelled alone so the 3 beds had zero appeal, and I specifically reserved a balcony for the view and added safety). I was asked to sign a contract before seeing the new room. I refused and called Booking.com instead…and within 10min, one unit on the upper floor magically became available!! That first interaction with the check-in front desk was disappointing and I can’t help to wonder if being a single woman (with an accent) traveling alone, had something to do with this? So thank you Booking.com for an amazing customer service in taking over to resolve my reservation issue!

Bed is comfortable, water pressure is good in the shower, beach and views were beautiful

Bathroom is tiny. I couldn't get to the sink. Had to use the one in the kitchen to brush my teeth. Bushes in the way of the view. If you're on the first floor it blocks most of the view.

Beachfront location & close to dining & shops

it started at check-in facility that our VERY RUDE representative tried to tell us we hadn’t made a reservation, then upon finding the reservation, she tried to tell us we needed to pay an additional $2000 ; after showing her we booked from a booking site online in order to get a better price she got even more rude! Security was an issue as sliding doors do not lock, there’s a broken wooden dowel they left for guests to put at the bottom of the slider rails for use as a preventative measure. Living room chair springs busted on left side. the stairway to the 2nd story are falling apart. Parking was horrible for us, since we had rm 101, it was VERY hard to squeeze in next to another car & the trash bins.. Front door lock needs fixing as it was hard to unlock & lock.. need I say more!

the location, the view, the proximity to the beach and restaurants and the small private resort feel

bed, although soft due to cover, needs to be upgraded! close to $400 a night, we could use a better bed that doesn’t squeak, and force us into the middle all night long

Well worth it

It was a great place to stay, the views were spectacular and we seen dolphins almost every day!

Walking up 3 flights, it was difficult for my husband who has a heart condition

Love this location

Loved the location, prefer 2nd floor for views but it's still a go to when in Florida.

Music on at all hours around the pool, cheetos behind the nightstand-only 5 channels available for rainy nights, that was kinda blah...

it's was a place to stay but not a vacation property

was close to beach

needs more inside updating- old dirty furniture. floors / rugs in need of good cleaning. no view from lower unit, steep stairs, bath faucet needed repair. (was waiting on parts) very small more like a studio

Lovely location, peaceful and quite. Could used a bigger bed and a more comfortable pull out couch.

Close to the beach and pool right outside.

The pool was not heated, the hot tub was not functioning well. The vents in the actual room were filthy and the TV were pain to function. Even the maintenance came to show me how to work the controls and it was not successful for the other days remaining.
