great time with a few hiccups

location was excellent

The listing indicates the condo has a full kitchen but that was not the case. no seasoning, no oil to cook with, one pan, and no dish rack for dirty dishes, no paper towels, 2 kitchen towels only, etc… In order to use the kitchen we had to buy more than we should have for what should have been a fully stocked kitchen.

Great location! Across the street from the beach, and restaurants and bars are close too! We were able to walk most places! John’s Pass only a 10 minute drive away!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming to my family. I loved that the beach was in walking distance right across the street. We rented about 10 units to accommodate our family, and we loved each one of the units, they were clean and spacious. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Will be back !!

What a beautiful, peaceful area to stay. Just cross the street and your on the beach. No large crowds. Staff was friendly and most importantly as a family we felt extremely safe in the area. Condo was decorated very cute & had the essentials you would need. We loved that we could see the Gulf from our condo.We loved having all the beach items. Wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, & even sand toys for kids. We bought extras and left them for the next family. The wagon was amazing for going back and fourth with everything for the beach. The outdoor showers were such a blessing also.

We were disappointed that what seemed to be the master bedroom ( had the big closet) had no tv. There was a cable outlet in our bedroom but it did not work. We are fan sleepers so we ended up at Walmart for a fan which we left for future fan sleepers ;) No biggie More hangers for towels to dry would be awesome. I completely understand not wanting things drying on railing outside but options were few inside for families. The biggest issue for us was our condo was not the cleanest. I vacuumed bathroom shortly after arrival because of hair. When we pulled out the pull out couch the mattress was terrible. I vacuumed that as well. Behind the couch was garbage. Wrappers & sock. Under our bed was pajamas set of kids & more stuff. I am hoping this was not the normal for the cleaning staff or I could seen things going downhill quickly All this being said we booked again on day of departure. Owner apologized and said that was not the norm. We definitely loved this place and area. I would recommend.

Nice overnight stay with clean rooms

Very clean and a very large room with full kitchen. Full size refrigerator, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen. Separate bedroom and even a nice sleeping area with twin beds. Nice couch with lounger.

It was a perfect escape from the theme parks of Orlando and my only regret was we only stayed a nigh

Simply a stunning location, that was a condo as us English imagine it to be, but better. Loved it. Wish we had stayed more than a night. Given we had a two week Orlando holiday, the family agreed this was our best night!

Possibly a bar, but a bar was literally a 10 minute walk.

Overall, we had a great stay and great weather. Would stay in that area again.

The location was great! The property was well taken care of. The pool was very nice.

Our room was needing an update. The carpet in the bedroom was so soiled and dirty looking I hated to walk bare foot on it. The furniture was also dated. The pillows on the bed were also worn and flat. I spoke with other travelers and they stated that their rooms were very nice and updated.

2 bed condo was spacious and comfortable . Clean and well equipped . So convenient for the beach too.

it was 1000 % better than we expected!

across from the beach. the room had everything we needed and more. they even had an air mattress, cooler and chairs. the room was supposed to be two rooms but in reality it was a 3 bedroom.

Noisy and uncomfortable

Bathroom shower was nasty. The bed was so hard it felt like we were sleeping on a boxed spring. The living room furniture was pretty old and dirty. Stayed in condo E216 which was on the main road which was very noisy. Downstairs neighbors had an outdoor patio and were loud and kept us up after midnight.

Superb

The location was great just across the street from the beach. They provided umbrellas, chairs and even beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped. The also had free loaner bikes. It was a good value.

Location, staff, the room itself. It had the bay on one side and beach access on the other. Perfect!

Wonderful night!

Lady at front desk was kind and welcoming. Unit was beautiful and clean. Beach was perfect and right across the street. Area was safe.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

this was my birthday trip so we had alot of fun on the beaches and went sight seeing .

our room was beautiful and the beach was amazing, the perfect location, we discovered alot of nice restaurants and sightseeing. we had a fun time , looking forward to come back soon

The location of the apartment was perfect only 2 min walk from the beach.

We were disappointed with the apartment. According to the pictures posted on Booking.com the apartment should have had a patio. We even did not have a balcony. The apartment was clean but the furniture was dirty and outdated.
