Brilliant stay and facilities

The bedroom was beautiful and clean. So was the bathroom and pool. The water tank in room has freezing cold water which is amazing thus time of year. Bed was extremely comfortable. And pillows and duvet was 1000% recommended to my partner to have at home. I asked for our pool time to be changed due to late check in and they did change it for us.
I didnt like the fact we couldn't use hottub was the water looked yellow and could see bits in the bottom if it. I didn't have towels to use for the pool or hottub. The booklet says you will have 2 different towel 1 big one for showers and a medium one for pool and hottub. I had messaged the owner to ask for them but never received a reply or the towels.
The cups given in room for hot drinks are far to small you get 3 mouthful and that's about it. In the pool you can use the jets before 10am. Which let it down.

Lovely property decor was really nice there was cold water and tea and coffee facilities. It felt really quiet and private the pool and hot tub were magnificent.
There was a TV and an Alexa that didn’t work so after dinner we couldn’t really watch a bit of TV before bed. The pool was lovely but we couldn’t find how to turn on the jets maybe a sign would help. Bed was a bit hard and it didn’t felt like a large double.
