Situated in Spa Creek, this lovely condo for $273 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Don’t miss our unique two floor condominium in Historic Annapolis downtown with 3 bedrooms (one queen, two rooms with two singles per room), living room with 42' flatscreen tv, stereo, kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and two full bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. This unit requires guests to climb two flights of steps. You will be glad you did as it is an oasis in the heart of Historic Annapolis! There is a large deck with city views of the historic Maryland State House. The condo is one half block from Main Street, where coffee bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment and history awaits. The condo is within five blocks of the Naval Academy, City Dock and the harbor. Historic Annapolis is a great place to walk and enjoy the sites, the water and the entertainment, with live music, carriage rides and piano bars. Love staying at this property. This is our second time here. the property is in a great location. Walking neighborhood in downtown Annapolis makes it very accessible. The only downside is the parking situation. Easiest to put your car in a garage but that is of course added cost. All in all we love staying here.

We (family of four, parents and two college aged "children") stayed at this property for a week over the Thanksgiving Holiday and it was perfect for our needs. In the middle of everything you want yet quiet. Very comfortable for our needs. The only thing that some may find "not perfect" is that the wooden floors do make a ton of noise, but that is to be expected due to the age of the building.
Overall a perfect location and stay for us and would book again if needed.

Perfect location for a weekend with our Plebe at the Naval Academy. Less than half a mile from the gate of the Academy, and within steps of the incredible streets of downtown Annapolis.
Very roomy, and comfortable. Super clean and homey. We loved our stay here and hope to come back to the same VRBO over these next 3 years.

My USNA roommates and I stayed here for our USNA reunion. Wonderful location, easy walking distance to the Yard. Facilities were comfortable and as described. View of the Maryland State House was awesome. Enjoyed the view, especially at night over cocktails and conversation. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful! Our family felt very at home in our 3 bedroom home with a fabulous patio. We were a stones throw away from shops & restaurants down in Annapolis, and close Uber rides to rehearsal dinner and wedding celebration in Stevensville MD.
Our teenage boys loved the freedom to walk around downtown Annapolis by themselves as it was a very safe environment. Lots of sweet independent restaurants and fun to sit by the water and watch the boats go by.
I would definitely go back. The homeowners were very kind and great communicators!

Unclear pet instructions and although it is pet friendly, the place charged an additional fee for more than normal pet hair. Great place, but if the dog hair is an issue, don’t allow dogs.

This property is in a great location for anyone looking to spend time in Annapolis, right off Main St. It is across the road from the new Hillman parking garage, which is very convenient as well, albeit fairly expensive parking. There are beds for 6 people, a patio, and a small yard for dogs. The owner is very helpful, and keeps the house stocked with supplies (spices, condiments, cooking utensils, haircare, paper products, etc.), and communication was great.

Christina was a fantastic host with great communication about the property. We had one small issue that I reported, and she was willing to address it right away. The property is was the perfect size for our family of 5 adults and the deck is amazing for morning coffee and evening drinks. You can't get any closer to the center of town. Wonderful stay. We stayed here for our daughter’s commissioning week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Christina was available for any issues or questions we had. Deck space was amazing for viewing Blue Angels and the State Capitol Dome. Quick walk to USNA, restaurants, and shops. Would highly recommend!!

My family was in town for our son's wedding. This place was perfect. Spacious, lovely decorated, clean, and we loved the deck. We had dinner outside one evening and visited on the patio furniture. The place was perfectly situated downtown and we were able to walk to the church and all of the events. This place exceeded all of our expectations. The property manager was great too!

Parking was extremely difficulty, especially when considering the rain. Also the thermostat was very confusing. At night around bedtime the house was freezing and then would get hot as night progresses. I came home with a cold. More wash clothes would be useful.

Wedding was adults only, but grandparents are close by so, it was a perfect place for both wedding goers and grandchildren. We loved the deck and the place was a perfect location for a USNA wedding.

We are four friends that traveled to Annapolis for the Bay Bridge Run. The condo was perfect for our stay. The downtown location could not be better for downtown shopping and dining. We walked to the Naval Academy to tour the grounds. It was perfect.
We enjoyed the condo deck which gave us the ultimate view of the Capital dome (beautiful even under renovation).
The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was a treat. There are lots of steps to get to the unit but they were well worth it and good exercise.
Our only issue was it was difficult to get in at the late hour we arrived but the owners were quick to respond so all was well. Street parking was sometimes a challenge but the new garage being built across the street will soon be an added bonus!
We would love to return for another visit to this property and spend more time in this beautiful city made even more beautiful with this perfect location.

Location, location, location! Can’t beat this location, in the heart of downtown historic Annapolis! You can walk everywhere! No need for a car. Also the property manager, Christina, is very responsive!
Overall, if you are looking for a great spot to stay while you explore Annapolis I highly recommend this place!

Booked property for a weekend to visit with our Midshipman son. It was so nice to have the comforts of home and to be a “normal family” for a weekend. The deck of the living room is amazing. It was a gorgeous weekend and we enjoyed the time sitting out back. The unit is literally steps from Main Street. Such an easy walk around town. The owners were responsive and so helpful. We’ll be back!

If you can't climb stairs this is not for you. Also, the main bedroom doesn't have a door so you can hear all noises downstairs. Everything else was wonderful. Great location. Our family just spent a long weekend at this wonderful rental! The apartment was extremely clean, nicely furnished, the kitchen well stocked and the bedding amazingly comfortable. We loved the historic brick accents, original wood floors, and cozy nooks. Not having to bring towels, sheets, and bath toiletries was a plus. While there we enjoyed the large deck (a rarity in town), the shelf full of games, the extensive TV channels, and the complimentary coffee bar. The rental is up two flights of stairs, but it is literally just half a block from Main Street in Historic Annapolis, where you’ll find plenty of terrific restaurants, shops and the beautiful waterfront. Our favorites included Iron Rooster, Middleton Tavern, Reynolds Tavern, Kilwins Chocolate and Ice Cream, and the Annapolis Pottery store. Our easy communication with the owners was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a delightful and unique vacation spot!
