Located in Kure Beach, this attractive house for $175 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Renovated cozy beach bungalow across the street from the beach. Small backyard for pets. Centrally located in between Kure and Carolina Beach. 2x public beach accesses across the street. Large dog door for pets with a fenced backyard and outdoor shower. Brand new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee pot, toaster and stainless steel cookware. Open floor plan with a rustic island in the kitchen and breakfast nook in the foyer. Policies and Fees: -We only rent to individuals who are 25 or older. -During the summer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day we only rent by the 6-day week (Sunday-Saturday) Cleaning Fee: $100 Pet Fee (2 dogs max. No cats allowed): $100 Taxes: - 13% local tax rate. Cancellation: - 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. - 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

We can’t wait to stay here every time. It never disappoints. Great location to all restaurants, grocery stores and right across the street from the beach, so easy and quick access. Back yard is an amazing little oasis to chill and to let the pups play without worry of them getting out of the fenced yard and running away. Thank you to Carey and Wayne for being amazing hosts. Carey called personally to check on us before the hurricane was to arrive to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. These are just a few of the many more reasons we keep coming back to stay with them.

This little beach cottage was everything I could’ve asked for. The location is across the street from a large building of condominiums and there is a parking lot beside the property. I was surprised at how private this cottage felt. The inside is clean, well equipped and has plenty of living space including 2 sitting areas. Outside, the back deck is fenced in and feels very private. This cottage was perfect for my family of 5. The cleanliness of this cottage really stood out to me, very pleased. I hope to return to this cottage again next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean well placed home very close to the beach. Check in was really easy and the home had everything we needed. Back porch was great and the fenced yard was perfect for our furry family member. Would stay again.

The property was ready for us at checkin time. Clean and well equipped for our week. We love the location, it’s perfect for walks on the beach and to nearby restaurants. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. He loved being able to run around. We would definitely stay again’

This was our second time at Tequila Sunrise, and it was a great trip. The home is clean and has everything you need. The fenced yard is a huge plus when you’re traveling with a dog. Owner is always very quick to respond if you need anything. It’s also very close to the beach. We love this place!

It was an enjoyable experience. The house is old but has been mostly updated. The bathrooms are dated but clean. Large clean kitchen was very nice and the living room furniture also was nice. Easy beach access from the house, just a short walk and across the street. The fenced yard was small but perfect for our little Chihuahua. We enjoyed getting away for a few days and it was like having a home away from home.

this is a very cute bungalow. clean, has all the amenities you would need, such as hand soap , paper towels, garbage bags, laundry , nice kitchen and appliances , even dog bowls, furniture coverings for dogs, just all the little things you need , they provided. location is awesome, cross the street and you're at the beach, loved that! My only concern, and this is NOT a complaint, just wanted to note for others, as I didn't know, the backyard, is smaller than anticipated, not a lot of yard space for the dogs. it is completely fenced which is awesome, loved that, and the deck is nice, just small "yard" space and no privacy as the neighbors deck directly behind you is literally right there and they had 2 dogs, that if we didn't know that theirs were out and we sent ours out caused a little issue with the dogs barking crazy at each other through the fence and we had to bring ours in or they brought theirs in. Again not a complaint ,just wanted to mention, dogs will be dogs and I understand a lot of houses at the beach dont have a lot of yard space and are very close in proximity, just thought it may be helpful info for others.

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The porch sitting area was a bonus! Perfect location to beach access and within walking distance of coffee, restaurant etc. We will check into staying at tequila sunrise in the future!

So clean. So cozy. Great, little yard that is fully fenced for dogs. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. Lots of essentials included to do so. Everything was wonderful. You would never know dogs were allowed at this place. That's how clean it is. The beach is literally across the street and within walking distance to many places to eat. We are already trying to figure out how soon we can come back. The host is incredibly prompt with communication and very sweet.

This cottage was exactly what I was looking for, steps from the beach, clean, comfortable, great outdoor space and a fenced yard with doggie door for my dogs. Kitchen has everything you need and great layout for more than one cook. Owners have thought of everything and I readily available if you need something. Shops and restaurants close by, the location was ideal.

With everything you need to make your stay perfect. Kitchen wares, iron, blowdryers, comfy beds and a delightful fenced in back yard for my pooch. I could not have been more pleased with functionality it was perfect for two friends and their dog. Highly recommend!!
