The location is exceptional! Right on the beach, always had the best views from both upstairs & down stairs. Beach access was great with being within feet of the stairs!
The inside itself could use some work. There was some patch work that hadn't been painted so you could see the mudding on the wall in the main hall way. The walls desperately needed to be cleaned (hand prints along with stuff stuck to the wall behind the garbage can). The master bathroom upstairs still had hair in the floor, the tub still had sand in it, mirror still had tooth paste on it, & the rim of the shower/tub had dust all along the top. The faucet in the kitchen is temperamental (either too much pressure to it shooting all over the counter or not enough). The house could use a DEEP clean & some updates.
