I stayed here for 4 nights while attending a trade fair nearby. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and just a 10-minute walk from the fairgrounds. There are several pubs and restaurants in the area, and the restaurant right below the hotel is actually very good!
Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. To reach the city center, we usually took an Uber it took around 15 minutes in the evening.
If I come back to this area for work, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Clean room and delicious Asian food, nice Restaurant!
The breakfast buffet was small, fo me not a problem, maybe older people expect a little bigger buffet

Room was spacious.
Staff was nice and allowed a late checkout
The room was extremely hot and humid. Hardly any air was coming in from the window. No AC either. It made it impossible to sleep even with a fan on.
Because of the stuffiness and humidity, the air in the room smelled bad.
No breakfast available but there is an Asian restaurant open for lunch/dinner.
Some cockroaches as well.
Extremely basic facility. No small fridge or coffee/tea or water. Bathroom soap was small/cheap quality.
