The apartment location is amazing and the facilities are great. The staff are always amazing. The pools are good and access to the beach and local shops is good, especially for families
The shutter in our bedroom didn't work, so we couldn't open it. The toilet flusher would stay down so needed to check on it everytime to make sure it wasn't still flushing. We have stayed at a few apartment at this complex, this one lacked some of the equipment we had at others. The cups were small and only a couple of them. There was no chopping boards and limited number of cooking equipment compared to others. The pillows were also not very good...they were flat as.

Very spacious apartment. Direct to the pool and very close to the beach.
There's a few incline stairs which is okay but it was a hassle to get the bags up there I wish I knew before going.
A few repairs need to be done but nothing that bothered us.

Location was good. Apartment didn’t live up to the photos we saw when we booked it. No change of towels so constantly having to wash them. Someone needs to do a check on kitchen equipment too! No wine glasses, 2 t spoons, 3 desert spoons, 9 plates, 2 bowls. No coasters or table mats!
No change of towels and random kitchen equipment! Overall not best apartment we have rented there!
