About this apartment rental
This beautiful Gulf-front complex has everything you and your family need for the perfect beach vacation. Our building named, Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums is right on the beach with private boardwalk and uncrowded private beacbh. The interior common space of the building was completely renovated in 2019 with updated decor, new elevators and updated flooring throughout. Our condo is on the 4th (and top) floor providing views of the Gulf and the iconic 30A sunsets.
Centrally located just one block south of Scenic Highway 30A and smack in the middle of Destin and Panama City Beach, abundant food and activities are at your disposal. Most important, you are literally steps away from the beach!
Blue Mountain Beach Condominium is a very quiet 48 unit complex nestled between two non-rental subdivisions. Take the elevator down to the pool and hot tub and our private boardwalk to the condo's private beach area. For a change of scenery, take a leisurely stroll to Blue Mountain Creamery to beat the heat with a cone of ice cream, or drive 10-15 minutes east to explore Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach and the new outdoor food hall and family entertainment plaza, The Big Chill. We are also a short drive to Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and Pier Park shopping and dining complex in Panama City Beach. This offers a grand variety of shopping, dining, and recreation to choose from for everyone in the family.
Our 4th floor (#423), three-bedroom, three-bath condo has a great, tropical 'Tommy Bahama' style and is beautifully decorated for your comfort. The rental fee includes a 2 chair & 1 umbrella/table beach setup. Additional chairs and umbrellas may be rented directly on the beach. Our beach service also offers a bonfire set up right on the beach.
The unit boasts 1650 square feet of living area in addition to a 400 square foot balcony with great Gulf views. This is the perfect floor plan with a large living, dining, and kitchen area for entertaining the entire group, and still offers privacy to the bedroom areas with a split bedroom design. The master suite has a private balcony, jacuzzi bath with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the unit with the queen bedroom having sliding door access to the main balcony with views and a private bath. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds (soon to be updated with two twin BUNK BEDS) and hall bathroom access. A large screen TV is located in the living room and a DVD player is in the twin bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans. The private balcony is the perfect place to dine, relax with a good book, or experience the breathtaking sunsets.
The building of Blue Lupine offers many amenities including elevators located at each end of the complex for easy access from the main glass-enclosed lobby, and the gated garage area, high-speed wireless internet service available throughout the building, a fully equipped exercise gym located on the 3rd floor, and a large Gulf front heated community pool and hot tub are situated on the bluff overlooking the beaches. Also, there are 2 community gas grills available to owners and guests located just outside of the glass-enclosed lobby. Each condo entrance accesses the individual condos from the interior 50' atrium which is tropically landscaped and decorated. There is on-site security during the high traffic season, and on-site maintenance is available for emergencies throughout the year from Tuesday through Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM.
Most of all, take time to relax and enjoy the ambiance of the area. Scenic Highway 30A parallels 18 miles of paved bike path that encourages you and your family to explore the many unique beach communities along the way. Bring your own bikes or take advantage of the bike rental shops in the area. The Beaches of South Walton have beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, and rare coastal dune lakes which have made us the desirable vacation paradise we are famous for today.

Great communication from the owner. My son and 4 month old grandbaby got there early and were able to check in early (they planned several extra hours of drive time with a newborn and didn't end up needing to stop that much). The pool and hot tub were great. I love Blue mountain condos. It's not too packed, and the private beach is awesome!!! Beds were comfy. Great stock of things in the kitchen. They now have a blackstone grill outside by the propane grills which is great because I started a fire on one of the propane grills in the past and so I was scared to cook my jalapeno poppers with bacon on the propane grill...so having the blackstone was perfect!!!

Excellent communication from the host from 1st inquiry - very clear and easy check in and check out information.This unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean.The beach was amazing! Nathan, the beach chair guy was kind and charming. The grandkids enjoyed playing with the beach toys, riding the waves and building sand castles. We cooked most meals and appreciated the well stocked/organized kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this rental. Be sure to stop at the South Walton Visitor Center at the beginning of your stay for great info, places to eat and things to see and do.
