Nestled in Little Compton, this charming house for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Charming well appointed home located less then one mile to South Shore Beach. House sleeps up to 6 with plenty of space for family fun! Huge backyard is perfect for young children to roam free, a family BBQ and just relaxing. Three bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with king size bed - including large bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom also has queen size bed. Furnished basement offers additional space and privacy. Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing sandy feet off after a day at the beach. Garage has a ping pong table, perfect for playing the afternoon away. Home offers a Tesla EV charging station. Check-Out/Check-In times are typically 10:00/3:00 but please inquire if other times are available for you. The house is available for month long rentals during the months of October-May.

This house was perfect for our family! If you are looking for a house your kids will love this is it! We had two young teens that loved the bunk area and ping-pong table and two younger kids that loved all the games and the small table upstairs for drawing and playing.
The house is clean and well maintained. The location is great. My family has been coming to Little Compton for over 30 years, since I was a child. We have stayed in a lot of houses through the years and this one just jumped to the top of the list!

This VRBO was more than amply supplied with everything you could possible need; lots of plates, silverware, mugs etc etc. many DVD’s for viewing pleasure. Comfortable beds and lots of space for the 6 of us. Lovely backyard with multiple bird visitors. It was the perfect place for our family get together.

Fantastic house and fantastic location in one of our favorite places. This house is even better than the photos show! Really comfortable, beautifully appointed bedrooms, great general spaces on first floor and basement, a mini table that fit our son perfectly for crafts and playtime, tons of cool toys, puzzles and movies, an outdoor shower, a patio and grill for daytime burgers and evening meals with veggies from nearby farms. All this and it’s 3 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from our fave local cafe, lunch spot, general store/grocery, farms and playground, 15 minutes or less to the huge grocery store, the most popular ice cream spots, the hip new French cafe and shops. Definitely look forward to returning!

Best house in LC
This house is perfectly appointed and great for groups of family or friends. There are two living rooms, an excellent kitchen and lots of toys and videos. There’s even a full spice cabinet and everything you need to make a lobster dinner. What it lacks in a water view it makes up for with a private back yard and patio. We had fun games of corn hole and ping pong. Ariana is a gracious and responsive host. I’m definitely going to try to book this house next time I’m in LC

As we were arriving to the Property, I reviewed my latest email from VRBO - although it provided the Property's Address, it stated the Host needed to provide Access information. I had to message the Host directly in order to obtain this information. The Property itself was as advertised with a few quirks: 1) the house cleaners said the previous folks didn't wash any towels so there were still towels in the dryer that needed to be folded and put away; 2) the Host's father stopped by mid-week to pick up his bicycle from the garage; 3) we had no Cell access at the property; and 4) I was charged hundreds $ extra because we accidentally packed up an inexpensive comforter that I had mistaken for my daughter's (she has the exact comforter that I thought she brought on the trip - we departed early for the long drive back to Florida). When I contacted the Host about the comforter, she said she had the house cleaners pick up a replacement. I know the comforter/shams weren't over a hundred $ because we purchased the exact set for my daughter. The Host sent correspondence saying we stained the red couch in the basement but we never used that area of the house. She also said we stained the white chair in the Master bedroom where I stayed - I never used that chair and my brother only used it for a couple conference calls. She also said we stained the carpet in the blue room but no other details. I saw the extra hundreds $ charge pending within hours of leaving the property. I thought it was odd and called the Host, directly. I had no problem paying for a replacement comforter but she never sent me before and after pictures of the reported stains and never sent me any receipts/invoices and ignored my follow-up VRBO Message. This is the first time that I've been charged for cleaning chairs/carpet after leaving a VRBO property so I was a bit concerned. I've reported this to VRBO and disputed the charge on my Credit Card. I'm sorry it had to come to this because we had a very nice stay. Note: I noticed the carpet stained on bottom step as soon as we entered property and noticed the tables, chairs, counter-tops, etc. had significant wear-n-tear. I admit we made a mistake taking the comforter and told both the Host and VRBO this but the charge for cleaning upholstery and carpet seemed over the top to me.

My friends and I spent a long weekend at Ariana's beautiful Little Compton home. It was sparkling clean, spacious and near the beach. The entire area is so charming, beautiful and quiet! I highly recommend this house for a relaxing, fun vacation in coastal Rhode Island.

Oh, we had such a relaxing, enjoyable Memorial Day weekend stay at this comfortable Home!! Yes, the Rain was almost constant but we had nice walks around the neighborhood and a short drive to see the Storm' s Impact at South Shore Beach but this Cozy, Clean Home provided a Restful, Comfortable Spot to "weather the Storm!"
We found everything So clean and appliances, etc. working fine! There is a great selection of DVDs that we enjoyed! The
Beach and Little Compton Decor and Pictures add so much to the relaxing, beach vibe!!
The Layout of the Home works well with the Living Spaces on the first floor and the three Bedrooms upstairs. There is also a half Bath on the first floor with Washer & Dryer and a Master ensuite Bath as well as the full Guest Bathroom on the second floor. However, the "Basement" also affords another cozy Sitting area as well as a Large "Bunkbed."
One caveat is that those with Mobility Issues might find entering the Home to be challenging, as one needs to climb stairs to get to the first floor.
Again, the Location of the Home is Wonderful! The Neighborhood is Nice for walking, ( the Backyard also has a patio area with a Table & comfortable Benches) and you are not too far from shops, restaurants, etc.
Oh, we had such a Relaxing, Cozy Time at this Lovely Home and I look forward to Returning!!

Charming home, in beautiful farm country!
The house surpassed our expectations! The owners had thought of small details that made our rental experience much more pleasant and the house itself is nicely laid out with modern fixtures. The toy room for the kids was a wonderful surprise! We would definitely visit again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway in Little Compton, RI
My family had a lovely time at Ariana’s beautiful home. It was exactly as described with tons of space for a large family. There were only three of us and our small dog.
The kitchen had everything you could imagine so you could prepare your meals at home or grill on the BBQ outside. We dined outside a couple of evenings and enjoyed the windchimes, birds chirping as well as the bunnies and groundhogs. My daughter was just thrilled to see all the wildlife.
There was also a table in the kitchen as well as a spacious dining room and living room with a huge comfy sofa with direct tv. Please note you can’t access cable, but we didn’t come for tv.
The master bedroom was huge with a large closet and private bathroom. The queen bed was comfy.
The second bedroom was also lovely. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk and definitely geared for kids who don’t mind a hard mattress.
There was a whole area downstairs with a playroom and den that we didn’t even use!
We were 45 minutes from Newport which I highly recommend. A couple great little spots are Art Cafe for coffee and Grays ice cream.
Ariana also left a sweet package for us with things we could use like detergent, garbage bags, etc on the table. Nice touch. Highly recommend staying here.

The best place in LC!
I’ve been renting each summer for 20 years and this place was the best. If you love to cook and you want a well appointed kitchen and home to relax and enjoy Little Compton—this is it.
The finished lower level is a must when family needs to spread out—especially in inclement weather. A great play area stocked with games, puzzles, and toys. An extra fridge and complete family room on the lower level, too.
The back yard is completely private. With the square teak outdoor dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people this is a wonderful family spot.

The house was absolutely beautiful and a perfect place for our annual girl's weekend. Super spacious, perfect layout and awesome yard! It is in a nice secluded area, but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We visited a nearby winery and a few restaurants in the area. I wish the weather was nice enough to hit the beach! We would definitely love to come back and visit :-)

Truly a home away from home!
Ariana you have an incredible home that was beyond words enjoyable for the family to spend a few days in. The house is decorated so beautifully with everything that one could imagine as if you were in your own very home. Your location to everything is perfect and we absolutely loved every day here. Hopefully we will be able to return here someday. Thank you for the opportunity to let our family have such an enjoyable time together.

The house was well kept and very clean. We had everything we needed for a week away from home . It is located in s quiet neighborhood with access to restaurants and a grocery store . Ariana was quick to get back to us whenever we might have a question . We would love to come back soon.

Nice location
This was a nice place to stay while working in the area. It had everything I needed. I stayed here for 13 weeks.The beach was right down the street. I saw it once. The only drawbacks for me was the poor satellite channel line up. I suppose most people don't care as much about that as I did. The other was lack of a snow shovel during the nor'easter. I don't suppose too many people run into that either. The place worked great for me.
