This 2nd floor beachfront efficiency condo is in the heart of Port Aransas. It has recently been remodeled with a coastal theme throughout. The spacious bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a full bathroom. The over-sized patio off the living area has a wonderful view of the beach. Sea Isle Village is a fabulous community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. Pretty impressed with how clean the property was. Short walk to the beach too. It would of been a little better if they had longer pool hours. Other than that everything was great.

I love Sea Isle Village. We stayed downstairs last year but I wanted a room with a view this year. I love how it is decorated, you definitely feel you are on the coast. It was a lovely stay even with Tropical Storm Harold blowing in. The pool was quickly cleaned the next day. There aren’t any basic condiments or coffee on site. I bought some sugar and left it there for future visitors. Bring what you think you will need.

Property was amazing. Clean, organized and well maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the sand dunes towards the gulf. Easy access to the beach only walks away. I would recommend this unit as the entire property to friends and family. We enjoyed the golf cart, the nearby shops and sting rays bar n grill was AWSOME. Great service. Can’t go wrong with the cheeseburgers and cold beer.

Loved the location!!! Listen to waves at night or golf cart to the beach for a night ride or sunset in the pool!! Pool was great ...there is a park here as well location is 2 mins from beach . If i had to complain it would be for softer beds . There was plenty of towels!!! Everything u need !

This location is great, only steps away from the beach with a beautiful view of the water from the back patio.The unit was clean, well equipped and the rental process was easy from start to finish. The pickle ball and basketball courts along with fun yard games were a bonus that we didn't expect! The pool area looks to have been upgraded recently with pretty landscaping and was a great size.

Everything in this unit felt new and of good quality. The decor was colorful and tasteful. I was immediately at home. View was lovely and I really appreciated the boardwalk access to the beach and the well-maintained swimming pool. I would gladly stay here again.

The 2nd story condo I stayed in was exactly as described except better. It was decorated very tastefully, appliances clean & working, plenty of cookware, utensils & dishes. (even wine glasses & corkscrew) The towels and linens were soft, clean and smelled fresh. Even the extra blankets were nice Velux. There was NO sand inside or on the back balcony, which had an awesome view of the Gulf. The property was quiet and peaceful. The pool was unusable for both days I was there, due to the water being green, so had to be serviced, but no big deal. I was there for the beach, which this property is very close to. However, beware of the mosquitoes on the LONG walk through the dunes to the beach from the condos. We rented a golf cart. MUCH EASIER! Because this property is in town, everything - restaurants, shopping, etc. was accessible by cart. Check-in & out went flawlessly. All in all, I was VERY pleased with Sea Isle Village, I will definitely stay here again & recommend it to my family & friends.

We could have checked in a little earlier since the property was already ready. When it finally was check in time then I get a message telling me to come to the office first. So we still didn’t get in our room until 30 minutes after check in time. And could have been a little friendlier and accomadating.

I was told that I would receive a text when our condo was ready around 4:00. We waited around town to kill some time. We finally drove to Sea Isle to discover the office closed. Once there, the very nice front desk lady told me they didn’t close until 5:00 and didn’t know why the other lady said that. She also apologized about not getting a text. She was going down the list and hadn’t gotten to me yet. The pool is great. We really liked the condo.

The property management great. Check in and check out a breeze. Sitting here on the deck my last morning to watch the sunrise I can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Coffee in hand and reflection on what a perfect trip this has been. I would highly recommend this property. Cheers!!

What a wonderful property. Everything was as described. Unit 26 is perfect. A very short walk to the beach and only minutes to downtown Port A and all it has to offer. The condo was immaculate. The staff at Port A escapes was friendly, the condo was cute, clean and cozy. Worked well for a long weekend for my husband and I and our two children. The only downside to the complex is that while there’s a sidewalk leading most of the way to the beach, there is no actual boardwalk over the dune. That trek can be quite treacherous with burning hot sand and a wagon full of beach gear. Typically it wouldn’t be an issue, but thanks to the ‘Rona driving on the beach was not permitted at the time of our stay. I’d rent here again!

Our condo was very clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. The condo description of it's location, layout and amenities was accurate. It was very well-maintained. The manager provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. We enjoyed going on a sunset cruise and our time spent at the beach. We had great food and customer service at MacDaddy's, Irie's, Stingray's and the Donut Palace.

Cute little place. Super clean. Very cute cabin. The beds are not super comfy and are creaky. We had a second story with and ocean view. Was disappointed in the view. We could see the ocean but not the beach, so pay attention to the pics. The pics don't show the property under construction next door and the dumpsters from the view either. Walk to the beach is good. The place overall was quiet and the pool are was clean. The property is very will kept. I would visit this place again in spite of the few shortcomings.
