This home is in a great spot for a family ski vacation. We were less than 15 minutes from Alta and Snowbird (unless there was heavy traffic) and only 40 minutes from Deer Valley. Plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the house. The house itself was great -- very well stocked, a great hot tub for after ski, nice fireplaces, and a great kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

All I can say is that this place was exactly what we expected. The pictures were current and the townhome was recently updated. Communication was outstanding and the place was well stocked with everything you may need at a home away from home. We were so pleased with the process after several bad experiences (booked through different site) that we will do this again. The owners and property managers were stayed in contact throughout the trip and there were NO surprises! The check in binder left nothing to the imagination, from the hot tub to the AC, to linens, the kitchen, parking etc. so easy to work with. The townhome was immaculate and well adorned with all necessities and many items we didn’t expect like hairdryers and laundry detergent. I cannot say enough about this experience.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, Wasatch R&R was perfect in every way! Perfectly located, lovely furnishings, comfortable bedrooms/living room, fully equipped kitchen - everything needed to fix family meals. The hot tub was big - and SO relaxing at the end of the ski days. A great grocery store was located 1/2 mile away. We found great ski rentals for a few in our group and everything else we needed close by as well. Pre-arrival instructions were thorough and appreciated. We had a representative for the rental to call with questions (we had very few questions). It just could not have been better. THANK YOU THANK YOU to Wasatch R&R for a terrific family trip. We'll definitely be returning!

This property was amazing for all of us. My sister and her family came for 3/4 of our stay, which meant there are 10 people, 5 adults and 5 kids... We were fine. Plenty of space for all of us. The house is so well stocked too. There are pictures of where the stuff in kitchen are, soap for anything you might need soap for, and plenty of towels and linens. Communication was huge too. We had an issue with some party noise and it was not a problem again. The property is located right in the middle of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, down the street from a grocery store, and within 5 minutes or so from expressway. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner and property manager was very attentive and the kitchen was well furnished with many essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil & etc. included. The built in ski boot warmer (8) was a welcome surprise. The unit was newly renovated and furnished. Would stay here again.

Lovely well stocked home for a family getaway.
The only issue was the contractor for repairs. He failed to deliver on providing answers to routine issues one may have, such as boot warmer operation, figured it out on our own.
The hot tub went unused for our four final days due to the caretaker's failure to provide and or respond to a request for service after one use. The hot tub steadily declined in temperature.... so sad, we could have used it after a week of skiing.

The property in Salt Lake City worked well for our family. It was close to skiing and well stocked,
However i will likely never rent through Evolve again. Last March we were unable to travel due to Covid and we were told that our money couldn’t be refunded despite our arguments. To this day we are disappointed in the policy you decided to invoke at the time when so many people needed their monies for other things other than travel.
I’m sure you kept other people’s money as well which kept your company afloat. Good for you. Bad for those of us who could have used the money at the time.

I can’t say enough about this VRBO ! We enjoyed ourselves so much! It was very well stocked and R&R thought of everything.... to include bandaids, shampoo, hairdryers! We loved the hot tub and it was close to all the activities and 20 min to downtown. Loved our stay! Thank u so much! I want to come back soon!

Amazing hospitality - well appointed!
They had everything we could possibly need here including hand soap, spices, Shampoo, bandaids, trash bags, etc. - literally didnt need to bring anything from home except our clothes! One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Communication was excellent. The kids area in the basement was so nice too.

Cottonwood Heights Ski Vacation
This is a great place! Beautifully remodeled, plenty of space, and a great hot tub after a day of skiing! Convenient to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The home had everything needed for a great stay. Plenty of cooking accessories and kitchen items that you don't normally find in rental homes. The little things really added to our experience- plenty of towels by the hot tub, rags for wet equipment, toiletries in the bathrooms, a boot and glove dryer in the ski equipment room, and a picture diagram of where everything in the kitchen was stored! The owners and property manager were great to work with and truly cared about us having a great experience by providing exceptional customer service. They have really thought of everything!

The Wasatch R&R has everything you could possibly need for a great ski trip with friends and family. The house is better in person than the stunning pictures. With ample bedding and rooms for privacy this house is great for groups or large families. We used the kitchen for most meals and found any appliance necessary in the drawers. Having a personal hot tub ready to soak after a long ski day was a perfect way to wind down! The home is located near the ski bus too so no car is required. Will definitely book again!

This home very comfortably fit our family of six. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and it even had a few baking extras and spices in the cabinet which was super helpful. Definitely would stay there again!

Great space and place!
We very much enjoyed our stay! We had 2 couples who enjoyed the upstairs and a family of 5 who fit perfectly downstairs. We all had our own space, but we’re also able to use the middle floor to hang out together! We loved the house and the ease of accessibility to our event in the city. We will definitely consider coming back!!
