Nice breeze and blue skies will make any vacation perfect! Two Bedroom, Two bath Condo located in the heart of Solana Beach close to resturants, shopping, and entertainment. This complex features a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Two dedicated parking spaces, club house and an elevator. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: *Deck is currently undergoing repairs by the HOA. It's still functional just cosmetically doesn't look finished. *There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. *Community Beach Access is closed due to unstable cliffs. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approx .2 miles & 5 min walk *For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages. *Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. *This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests. Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils. Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two couples for a month and although the property management was fantastic, the second bedroom didn’t meet expectations. There is no dresser to put your clothes and having your clothes on the floor in your open suitcase for a month really sucked. There was not enough room to move around with suitcases out. The closet was full of cleaning devices and beach toys so that is not usable in this room either. Would only recommend this place for one couple, the master bedroom is nice but second bedroom is inadequate.

Our experience was very positive. The unit was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the local food options and Cedros Road was a revelation. The balcony was in the process of repair but it did not restrict us. A faulty toaster was replaced promptly. We left a note about the pressure from the water taps in the kitchen which was very limited. We will certainly make use of the units if we are back for a family visit next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival at Surf9, it was pouring rain and the code to get into the lock box did not work. Ashley got that straightened out immediately. We also needed a second key to the unit as some of us went golfing and were locked out of the unit. Ashley sorted that out immediately. We did not have any issues other than the master shower having lukewarm water and the other bathroom’s sink draining slowly. But these issues did not bother us. We did want Ashley to know about them. The unit was great and our family had a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend Surf Song to anyone who wanted a great getaway from the cold.

The beach house was lovely and in the perfect location! The view was breathtaking. We were very impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves each night was magical. My only suggestion would be a ceiling fan in the second bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this condo, the bedding has been updated along with some new lighting. The kitchen is a chef kitchen, very nice to work in. Excellent complex with underground parking, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and of course beach! My only real complaint is the patio furniture is old , rusty and the cushions are torn in spots. But we did utilize it everyday. The high top table is nice to have.

We stayed at Surf9 to celebrate our 29th anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The condo was fully furnished with everything we need and then some. Also the view was tremendous! Special thank you to Ashley for the bottle of champagne - that was very thoughtful! We’re hoping to make it back to Surf9 soon!

If you love the beach and waves crashing the shoreline, then Solana Beach is an ideal location for your next vacation. The weather is fantastic, the water is warm and everything you need is within walking distance of this unit. We watched amazing sunsets over the ocean from the porch, went to bed and awoke to the sounds of the Pacific, walked the beach, sunbathed and body surfed the constant 5 foots waves. A great vacation!

Really enjoyed this condo for our Christmas holiday. It was clean, well equipped and had great views of the pacific. The bed was so comfortable and sleeping with the sound of the ocean and a fireplace in the bedroom was a highlight. The manager answered all my questions and responded very quickly.

Loved this property!! In addition to living up to its photos and being super clean, the views are spectacular! We also loved the area and the amenities (i.e., restaurants and stores) close by. Will plan on staying here again when we return!

This was a perfect condo for our vacation. We loved the big kitchen because we like to cook breakfast at home & eat on the patio. The bathroom had a great soaking tub & the bedroom had amazing ocean views and a fireplace . We had a great stay.
