Elevator access available. Custom kitchen is fully stocked for easy meals and there is a BBQ on the deck. There is a comfortable living area for relaxing in the evening after exploring Solana Beach or Del Mar. Master bedroom has gorgeous walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Del Mar Beach Club has four pools, one located just below this condo, plus direct access to the stairs that lead to the beach. The Del Mar Beach Club is known for its California coastal resort style living. This townhome is located on the west side of the Club which hosts 2 ocean front pools, 1 heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. Direct beach access from the complex to the sand right near the condo. The east side of Del Mar Beach Club has a pool, spa, tennis court and pickleball court. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as advertised on the web. Comfortable and well furnished with modern appliances. Unobstructed ocean view...condo generally quiet although proximity to party room had some occasions. Stubbs very responsive and helpful to any n=minor needs. Halfway through stay, elevator from garage stopped working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 7th year with Stubbs Vacation rentals and we wouldn’t use anybody else. The staff is wonderful and if there is anything we need help with they respond instantly. This year we were in a new condo at the Del Mar Beach Club and have already reserved it for next year. The condos are all in top shape, clean, and the ones we have rented have up to date, top of the line appliances. We would recommend Stubbs reality and have to any one that is interested in vacationing in beautiful Solana Beach, Calif.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet, first impression was 5 stars. Newly remodeled? Kitchen appliance took 2 of us to figure out range top and microwave (needed instructions). Hallways outside unit were very dirty. Finding parking place and then finding the unit was interesting and time consuming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we were amazed by the front windows and their size. The views were incredible. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is also very big, lots of storage. There were no surprises, the place looks exactly like the pictures. A little disappointment was that the 2 front swimming pools were very cold, the back one and the hot tub were not accessible because of construction. Fortunately the pool and hot tub across the street (same property) were available and HOT.I'm sure we'll rent this place again. That was our 3rd stay in that same location. First times were in the complex to the right, also beautiful, but only one bedroom. This time we needed 2.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures and the description of the apartment were very good. We would stay here again. The negatives were: a neighbor was constantly smoking pot and the odor was always in the air, and the elevator was broken almost half the time. This will be a problem if you ever have guests who can not climb the stairs.

The property was very beautiful. We have stayed in Solana Beach many times and love the location. The only negative comment that I could make is that the television was only available thru apps. You had to “stream” it. We aren’t well versed in this area so this would have been a nice thing to know ahead of time. All in all we had a lovely stay!
