Amazing view and the gardens.
We were only notified the day before about paying the city tax and also a €200 deposit in cash. Not many people travel with cash nowadays. I think this should be advised on booking.
There is a very steep ramp to the front door with unsafe railing.
The property flooded during the storm. We were not told about closing the shutters.
I think the host needs to add little extras such as a welcome pack to explain the area and the public transport.

Spectacular view, convenient local to everything but out of the way.
No air conditioning but it was unusual hot temperatures. Leaving all the doors open helped a lot.

The villa is excellent and spacious, with an outstanding location—literally right on the lake.
It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Overall, a wonderful stay in a stunning setting.
-privacy isn’t 100%, as the bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms and located in a shared corridor.
-the smaller bathroom is quite tiny and lacks some useful accessories.
-the entrance from the street to the villa goes sharply downhill, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues.
