About this condo rental
Nestled in Portland, this attractive condo for $110 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Located on a quiet street in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, yet 5min walk to NW 23rd, and Washington Park Free Shuttle bus stop & Park entrance is only 2 minutes walk where you will find the famous Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, Oregon zoo, Children’s museum and Hoyt Arboretum. https://explorewashingtonpark.org/free-shuttle/ You do not need a car to see Portland if you are staying at our apartment, but if it is necessary for you to bring a vehicle, on street visitor PARKING PERMIT is provided upon request for each night of your stay (Limit One per group, minimum of 24 hours notice to validate the permit). *Vehicle license REGISTRATION NUMBER is required. From where we are, you can catch a game at Providence Park stadium within a short walk, and trendy Pearl district or downtown Portland that are all within walking distance. You can also check out Live concerts in Washington Park in summer. Closest Max light rail station is 7min walk, Goose Hollow/ SW Jefferson, or Providence Park station, It takes you directly to the Portland International Airport. When you are done exploring all the nearby sights. You will relax in your 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with your own entrance through the garage that is street level. Please note there is NO kitchen but cafes, bakeries, restaurants, delis and grocery stores are only a short walk from here. There is a mini refrigerator and freezer to store all the goodies you purchase. A microwave is available in your living room as well as a coffee maker, a variable temperature hot water kettle, plates, cups and silverware. We provide local tea and coffee. In your bedroom, there is a comfortable queen sized platform bed, a coffee table and chairs. In your living room, you will find a futon couch where you can enjoy reading or lounging. There is also streaming TV in the bedroom and Free WiFi high-speed internet as well as some books and games for your stay. Children over the age of 7 are welcome but, please contact us if the total number of people is more than two so we can ensure your stay is comfortable and confirm that we can accommodate. *Please note, nightly fee is based on two guests. Do not hesitate to ask about anything that we have not mentioned above. We would love to help make your visit to Portland a memorable one. This is a cozy efficiency in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the park. Easy walk to park and shops and restaurants on 23rd. Hostess is lovely and all communications with her were prompt and helpful!

Every morning I could walk into Washington Park—the lovely Japanese Garden is an easy walk from this charming place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and storage everywhere. I would love to stay here again!

This was not quite what I anticipated: it was a basement apartment, quite dark and dreary. I knew the location well, but did not anticipate having to park on the street when the property had large available driveway spaces.

This apartment is in a great location right around the corner from Washington Park, close to lots of great food, and within walking distance of shops and breweries. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Miyoko is a fantastic host! She was super helpful and friendly. She even came out to say hi to us. If I'm in Portland again, I will definitely stay here!

The house on Ardmore was a perfect location to explore Portland and the surrounding area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Miyoko was very kind and accommodating. The rental is in a great location in Goose Hollow, very accessible to shops, restaurants, markets, and Washington Park. Exploring by bicycle was a breeze. We are repeat visitors and will happily stay again!

Miyoko is a wonderful host. The house was immaculate and very well outfitted for our needs. Exactly as advertised. The bed was quite comfortable. You would never know we were in a big city but it was convenient to walk or take mass transit. There's a gourmet grocery store just down the hill. We will be back to stay again.

This has been my first vrbo experience, and I'm so happy it was a positive one with Miyoko. She greeted us as we checked in, and was so welcoming. The place is very clean, well maintained, and she was super accommodating and replied so quickly to our questions.
This location is awesome because everything was literally a 10 minute drive or less away from everything we did.
She also provided a parking permit for us as we rented a car, and had no trouble finding parking at all.
Overall I would love to stay here again, and definitely recommend it to anyone staying in pdx.

We had an amazing stay at the Ardmore house. Miyoko was an amazing host and was super gracious and kind to us. The location was excellent and the recommendations for places to eat in the area were amazing. The room was clean and spacious. It was such a wonderful experience staying at the ardmore house! If you travel to portland, I’d highly recommend staying here. Very close to a lot of places to walk to and really close to the international rose garden, which is an absolute treat to visit!

Mother daughter getaway for a few days in Portland. Our stay was comfortable, in a great location to town, Washington Park and shops and eats in the area.
Miyoko was so kind, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommended the Ardmore home.

This was a very nice location. When it says it sleeps 3 but contact if more than 2 is very accurate. We were fine, we had 3 ladies who stayed and the futon is not the most comfortable bed. The place was very clean and check out was so easy!! We enjoyed our time in Portland. The only downfall of the rental is that you go in and out through the garage and the owners too, use the garage so the garage door is going up and down. You hear the garage door and the family above. Parking is alittle difficult as well, especially if you are not use to parallel parking. Location is A+++ and we were very happy with our decision! Great celebration weekend!!

One point though, if you have a difficult time walking be aware this is a very hilly area. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We loved it.

Came to Portland to visit my BFs daughter who lived a few blocks away in The Portland Towers. Wonderful spot to stay, very clean and much appreciated the fresh Stumptown coffee that was provided. Definitely recommend. The Max light rail was a few blocks away, and a bus stop also was close so we didn't feel the need to rent a car. We had a great stay and loved Portland!
