We really enjoyed the time here. Staying a few steps from the beach and watching sunrises was awesome, and Kapaa is a great midway point between the north and south sides of Kauai. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We loved that we could look out over the waves from the windows and started and ended most days with a walk along the beach. We even took a couple of dips in the pool. As we're from a warmer climate, living without A/C seemed strange, but the continuous ocean breeze kept us nice and cool, and sleeping to the sound of the waves was beautiful!

We were able to rent 3 units to accommodate our while family. We really enjoyed our time at this property. Jay was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

Beautiful location steps from the water! Unit was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Looking forward to returning.

The room and grounds were good. The property next door was under construction and an eyesore. Twice there were transient looking people on the property that did not belong. The living room window leaked badly when it rained, and it rained quite a bit. The add also said there was a gym. There is not. The pool was very well maintained and the host had beach chairs and boogie boards to use at the beach which was nice.
