The recently renovated Eagles Nest Condo is nestled on the border of the Eagles Nest Wilderness area with spectacular views of the White River National Forest! Escape the hustle and bustle after a long day of skiing and enjoy the tranquility of the Colorado mountains. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect getaway for families and couples! Amenities include: • Walk-out back porch with beautiful views • Barbecue grill • Sleeps 4 in beds, with a full size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 (best suited for 2 kids or 1 adult) • 2 full bathrooms, including en suite bathroom • Fully equipped kitchen • Dining room that seats 6 • Wood burning fireplace • Free WiFi • Cable TV • Clubhouse recreation room • Heated indoor pool • Indoor hot tub • Sauna • Laundry facility on site IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. This home does not have air conditioning however it typically remains comfortable due to the higher elevation and fans that are available for your use. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. Nice location with new bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were very old and were not Queen mattresses as advertised. Dresser stroage could be improved. The pool and hot tub also peaked in 1988. Convenient to visit the slopes but probably looking elsewhere next time.

The location is great and the layout of the condo is nice for families. However, there are some key issues that you should be aware of before renting this condo.
1.The condo is ill-equipped to cook for a family. The kitchen does not have enough plates and pots/pans to cook adequately.
2. The condo did not adequate cleaning supplies: It did not have enough trash bags, no hand soap, limited dish soap, and used sponges. I don't think guests should have to supply those items
3. The first night, there were mechanical noises that sounded like a sliding door making it almost impossible to sleep. I emailed the property managers who wanted me to record the sound in the middle of the night?!? Mechanical sounds continued throughout our stay but not as bad as the first night.
4. Beds are memory foam...so if you do not like this type of mattress, be warned.
5. Dirty towels were left in the one bathroom and it was obvious that the floor was not vacuumed. Sheets did not appear to be cleaned in the one bedroom. I called the property manager and was told that the room was cleaned; no offer to come and replace sheets or pick up the dirty towels.
7. Then, the last night we had no hot water; after reaching out to the management company they just said we are aware of it and hope to have it fixed by the next morning. I understand that problems happen, but it was just frustrating.
8. No covered parking; this was disclosed but keep this in mind if you don't want to clean your car.

Basic but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the great movie selection. It could have been cleaner, and the shower curtain in the main bathroom was an issue...it was way too short and water got all over the bathroom when we showered!

Not what was expected.
Lots of snow and we had to shovel stairway and around cats in parking lot. Lot was not kept clean from snow. Lots of dust bunnies and more under couch, behind beds and dressers. No wood inside for fireplace. Overall rating: would not stay here again!

Fun Family Condo
We enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest. They were very accommodating and shifted our dates by a day when we encountered an unexpected delay on our road trip. We enjoyed the welcome basket, location, and space of the condo. It’s close to town and a good central location for the area.

Nice Condo - Close to hiking trails
We spent a weekend in July hiking elk country up north of Kremmling. Also hiked a nice trail that is less than a mile from the condo. Nice view out back deck. No air conditioning but that was not a problem as it was cool at night.

Met the need, rather outdated and plain
Easy access, kitchen stocked ok. Furniture is dirty and old. Had to reposition the curtain rod so water would not go everywhere. Fluffing a tissue box does not make for a personal touch. Appreciated the gift basket. The area was shoveled and plowed well. So, not horrible.

It was very nice and was perfect for our family.
There was one issue. The pull out couch had dried-what appeared to be-urine spots and had black spots on it. My son would not sleep on it. During our whole stay my kids slept one on the larger couch (not opened up) and one on the love seat. They did not have a good sleep the whole time there.

Great getaway
This is a nice cabin in a great location just minutes from great skiing and winter activities. If I had a couple critics it would be that the cabin is a bit of a stretch for 6 people. The hide away has a memory foam on it but is still very uncomfortable and we had to use a blow up air mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary items barring a kitchen scissors. Overall, this is a lovely little get away and we enjoyed our stay!

Warm and cozy condo with beautiful view!
We rented the condo for a wedding in Silverthorne and loved it! Perfect size, beds were very comfortable, nice little deck to have coffee or a glass of wine. We even had a fox come visit us one morning on the deck! Convenient location and close to town. Owner and staff were quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay on your vacation!
Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The views are amazing and my children loved walking the trail behind the condo. You get a real feel that you are in the mountains. We have a family of five and we had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub was so nice to relax in after a long day of activities. I definitely recommend this place!

Affordable and in a great location
Property manager was very helpful and responsive! The rental itself was very affordable and offered everything we needed... to include an amazing view of the surrounding mountains! There were a few things that are in need of improvement - kitchen sink faucet needs replacement (water shoots out of the side); all furniture drawers a broken and fall out; blankets & comforters were unwashed and had stains; vacuum cleaner works on carpet, not bare floors. Other than that, we liked this property!

Apartment is well located and close to everything. Apartment was clean when we arrived and everything worked as planned. However, furniture is rundown and doesn't work as it should. Also, hot tub and pool weren't always working - hot tub was cold twice same as pool.
Overall it is a good choice if you don't mind having to deal with a few glitches.

The property is nice. One thing I would update are the shades. The sun comes up early in Colorado. The family was up before 7 every day because the sun was coming in rooms.
The TV could be updated along with a DVD player in living room. Right now there is a VHS recorder.
Place was clean. Beds were Ok.
