I liked cleanliness, food quality and hygiene was good, event , band was good
AC was not working but it's cold out there currently hence not an issue.

Location and mountain views
Good quality and variety of food, buffets and friendly staff.
Also option of exploring area on a jeep.
Uncomfortable hard mattress, no tea coffee maker, balcony covered with mess blocking actual intake of great view, no toiletries except soap tablet.
