The villa was wonderful and exactly as described. The views from it were amazing and as we arrived quite late from our flight Nico met us with some supplies to tide us over which was really appreciated. We rented jetskis and a boat from the closest beach (Vylcha) which was a great experience however I wouldn't say it is the nicest beach in the area. Most days we went to Lindos village and St Pauls Bay which were really magical - only a short drive away. All in all our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend.
Only a few small items - the toaster was broken and tripped the electricity. The pool is not heated which I'm sure is not a problem in the height of summer - we were there at the end of October so it was a bit nippy but still enjoyable. You definitely need a car - which thankfully we had. If you do not have a car then you're confined to the local beach which wasn't great in my opinion.

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht, den Strand und das Meer war sehr schön.

The pool was a great size for the amount of people the villa holds. The views were spectacular. Very clean inside and outside. Great to have BBQ facilities. Cleaners coming during the week to clean which we didn’t expect as we were in a villa. Host left a welcoming package which was very nice. Host was also very easy to deal with when it came to booking taxis for us or any questions we had.
We couldn’t fault this property at all everything was perfect for us

Luxurious villa, quality of the beds for a good sleep.
Location was fab, couldn’t have asked for any better.
Car parking, owners response and actions were immediate, professional friendly and very attentive.
We were able to have a small family gathering 20 of our family for a bbq to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding.
Loads of towels, super cleaning crew and a brilliant maintenance guy who replaced some bulbs in the bathroom within hours of asking.
The fact we had to leave it! 🥹
Nikos is simply very attentive, does what he says he’ll do.
Managed to get me a lovely printed photo of my daughter which I needed at short notice for my father of the bride speech and delivered it to our villa on time.
Forgot to mention that awesome sea view, breathtaking. Early morning coffee, outside and watching the picturesque view and life 🇬🇷♥️😘
