The location is awesome! Two minutes walk from the port. Right next to the studios, there is a motorbike rental company as well. Restaurants and little shops are also very close. The balcony was very big with amazing view. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind.
The floor was not properly cleaned, but the staff took care of it immediately so it was not a problem.

Das Zimmer benötigt dringend etwas Aufmerksamkeit ( Rost, Schrankscharniere, Griffe, Fliesenfugen in der Dusch)
