Privacy was important for us and we were not disappointed in this regard. Awesome sun bathing (with or without your suits) either on the deck or on their private beach for 2 hours on either side of low tide (Tides app).Snorking is great about 300 ft in front of the property. Best done 4 hours before or after high tide as the water is clearer then The Island is a bit challenging to drive on with a multiplicity of unpainted and very tall speed bumps. Roundabouts instead of traffic lights does make the flow of traffic easier though.Pay attention at restaurants as gratuity is sometimes automatically added so tip accordingly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Loved we were created, shown around the property and even had drinks and homemade banana bread waiting for us. Also loved that there was a daily housekeeper

While our room was clean on the interior, and all amenities were perfect in the villa, there were some surprises that we were not expecting from the property itself. When arriving at the villa, there was a huge pile of debris and trash, constriction material all over the drive and in the brush on both sides of the parking area. This theme continued throughout the property. After looking into the property a little, it seems the entire property has went up auction after the previous owner it seems abandoned the place. Staff, i am, sure is doing all that it can to keep up the space, but who knows what they now make as there is a lot less availability to rent out the main portion of the villa. The beach is not in fact a beach so much as a calming place to sit and view the ocean. It was rough but clear and beautiful. The location of the property was centrally located so we weren't far from anything. We rented a car which made island adventure epic!
