About this house rental
Located in Sandbridge, this lovely house for $403 per night is a great option for your next vacation. New for 2024: New ground-level master bedroom added. Ground-level queen master bathroom renovated. Top-level decks replaced. New fireplace and furniture in the top-level living area. Top-level king master bathroom renovated. New for 2022: New Polywood Adirondack outdoor furniture, New 65" Smart TV in Top-Level Great Room. What a beautiful beach house for small gatherings and intimate family bonding time! "TennesSea” is absolutely lovely, with beautifully landscaped exteriors, tasteful furnishings that include the decks, all ready for your family to visit the beach. The flooring is hardwood throughout and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The only question you should have is "who gets the master with his and hers bathrooms?” Bathrooms have beautiful tile and the entire house is tastefully decorated. Two living areas allow the kids to have their own space…a real luxury in a house this size. Definitely a beach rental for guests with discriminating taste. The two car garage is available for guests, and has a ping pong table on one side. Not far from the beach either, as the house is close to a Sandbridge path to the beach access. Top-Level: Living Room with 65" Smart TV, DVD Player, Fireplace (Gas), and Deck Access; Sunroom; Dining Room with Table (seats 10); Kitchen with Bar (seats 2), Blender, Coffee Maker (Drip), Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven/Stove, Refrigerator, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, and Cooking Essentials; King Master Bedroom with TV, Deck Access, and 2 Attached Full Bathrooms; Hall Half Bathroom. Ground-Level: Den with 65" Smart TV and Fireplace (Gas); Queen Master Bedroom with TV, and Attached Full Bathroom with Whirlpool Tub; Queen Bedroom with Deck Access; Hall Full Bathroom. Garage: Refrigerator and Ping Pong Table; Laundry Room. Extras: 2024 Beach Gear Credit, 2025 Beach Gear Credit, Dogs Allowed (2), Distance to the Beach: 635 ft., Keyless Entry, Max. Occupancy: 9 people, No Smoking, Parking: 4 Cars, WiFi. Additional amenity details: Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025. All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Sandbridge Blue makes every commercially reasonable effort to maintain reliable information about the vacation rental properties we manage. As such, all information and descriptions are subject to daily updates and changes. We are not responsible for changes in furnishing, inventory, and décor implemented by individual homeowners. The beach house is very nice. The upstairs is completely renovated and the master suite spacious with the large showers. There are also a lot more beach items available than in the description, like beach chairs, bicycles, beach carts. We had a fantastic stay

Experience was general favorable but this being our second year at this location I was disappointed to see the same broken doors/cabinets/windows and bathtubs as last year.
The house is generally very functional for a family and has plenty of (indoor) space for children to play without crowding the rest of the family. What drew us to this location was the price, which makes up for the long walk to the beach, but it’s disheartening to see effectively no repairs having been made since the last time we rented the property. Several pocket doors are still broken, a window above the sink has shattered glass, cabinet pulls are falling off and the tub in the downstairs master doesn’t hold water. That said the beach was the star of the show, and was never crowded. I would absolutely rent this house again but a few repairs would go a long way.

Warning: The property management team threatened me when I mentioned leaving a negative review related to the cleanliness of this listing. Here’s what they will say: they offered to clean the property. However that was after we already had to stay in it overnight and leave during our paid rental to allow access. It was not an acceptable solution. In fact we were told we shouldn't expect “clean” as it was a very busy summer…(during a pandemic). I feel bad for the owner. Took many photos. Cleaning fee was a total waste. Vrbo said there was nothing they could do and we had to deal directly with the rental company. No surprises as to how that resulted. Fair to say, I do not recommend and hope the actual property owners notice this review. It’s a nice property but it was gross. (Read: blood on the main bedroom door, kitchen appliances, counter, cabinets, floor and window disgusting, bedding stained, sand to fill a dust pan on wood floor, dresser cabinet drawers with greasy hand prints, etc.)

The house is great! Very well equipped. The tandem bike and ping pong table were big hits with my family. Short walk to the beach and the hill at the end of the street was great for my 11 year old to skateboard! Made for a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway.

The process was very simple and easy to rent the Beachhouse. We had a great group of seven family members. It was very comfortable, it was fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the beach. The entire community is beautiful and fantastic beach homes... We will forever remember this vacation.

We had a wonderful time!
300 Oyster Lane is a great house and perfect location to the beach. There are two extremely close beach access points next to the house making the 4 min walk to the beach enjoyable. The main road on the north section is less busy so it’s safer for families who have kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed all the rooms and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The sunroom was a great place to relax, read, or work. We loved all the bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and large. The owners provided so many essentials necessary to enjoy a week at the beach. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen. We had brought extra containers and pans, but did not need them. This house felt like home. The refrigerator is new and large offering filtered water and ice. We loved everything about this house. Enjoy!!!

Everything was really good. Very clean , close to the beach, close to supermarket. Only suggestion; keep some kind of dish cleaning soap, other soap and shampo. Ppl sometimes only visit for couple of days and thy hv to buy these things

We loved the home. 1 block from the beach. Very clean! Loved the open floor plan. Great outdoor living. Bikes, ping pong table, corn hole...very clean!
Market right down the street, great neighborhood.
Only feedback: please provide the basics: kitchen soap, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge.. no beach towels and limited bath towels.
Other than that....I would come back!
