About this apartment rental
Take the Elevator to the door then Lakeview from the moment you walk in!!! Enjoy a breathtaking view of the main channel at the 20 Mile Marker of Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. The Master Suite comes with a Queen Bed and a Garden Tub in the adjoining Master Bath. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed as well and the 3rd Bedroom has Two Twin Beds. This condo is nicely furnished and Lakeview throughout. The screened in Lakeview Deck is a nice feature to enjoy the Lake Life at its fullest, watching the boats drive by each day and beautiful sunsets each night are free. Our patio furniture compliment the screened in deck and makes for a nice gathering place. Just next to the building is a Lakeside Outdoor Swimming Pool where you can relax and soak up some rays. If that's not enough, there is a 14 X 40 boat slip, without lift, available if needed and don't forget the elevator. Now let's talk location: This Condo is in the heart of Osage Beach off Nichols Road, close to everything. Restaurants, Nightlife, Go Cart Tracks, Miniature Golf, Big Surf Water Park, just to name a few. By water again, you are in the heart of everything, Waterfront Restaurants and Bars such as Red Head Yacht Club, Dog Days, Shorty Pants and Backwater Jacks just to name a few. Margaritaville / Tan Tar A Resort is close by land or water and Captain Ron's "Home to the Shoot-Out" is only about 10 miles away by water! As you can see, this condo has it all, you can book with confidence. Pack the bags, load the car and come on down to beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!

The condo was great with a beautiful view of the channel. Everything was so convenient! Having the slip for our boat and it was so easy to get to was fantastic! Jim is a great host and always available for questions with a quick response. We will definitely stay there again!!!

The condo was absolutely stunning! Super clean, quiet and comfortable. The deck was the highlight for me. Jim is a top-notch host and very personable. We will definitely be looking to stay here in the future.

Jim and Ginny were easy to communicate with. They saved the day/trip after our booking through a different platform was double booked. Highly recommend! Perfect view of the main channel and close to many attractions.
