About this apartment rental
This lockout unit (2 bedrooms) is very close to parking and the pool area for ultimate convenience. The gym is also right down the hall from the unit. The Pool area does not impact quietness of this unit. Kids can have their own area to call their own here or 2 couples is great also! The unit has a private patio for each unit of the lockouts (2 patios).
The Bar-B-Que area is also right outside the unit and has a new Pagoda for newly designed bar-b-que area to shield from the sun.

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture is starting to show wear but not bad. It was very good for the money!

This really is the most convenient unit in the building. It's on the first floor and at the corner. It is steps away from the pool and beach trail as well as the parking deck. It was easy to unload groceries. There are bushes that give added privacy for the patio. The grills ate right outside the unit. If both units are rented togetjer, there are two separate patios to use. The unit was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a box fan, and seasonings for cooking. I think I saw games, but we stayed busy with outdoor activities. I appreciated the pet free building since my family and I have allergies. One suggestion, dishes are stacked too high and inconvenient for 5'2" folks like myself. We would definitely stay again.
