Another great stay at the Studio by the Sea. Stunning sunset, beautiful mornings, absolutely spotless. Close to town, but peaceful. We travel a lot and this is one of our top 3 places. You'll love it

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The views are amazing! The apartment is clean and comfortable. It feels much more spacious than a studio apartment. It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend it for a couple.

This is a very large studio! It has a full kitchen, gorgeous shower, a very comfortable queen bed that has water views . Actually the whole studio looks out on the water since the whole studio has large windows!!! It is even nicer than the website pictures. The family is super nice! They have ducks that are fun to watch. Although they live upstairs, you have the whole side of the yard to yourself and they are very respectful of your privacy. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping. There is a very nice Big Y grocery store about 10 minutes away. We definitely want to go back!!

This is defiantly a 5 star location. Hosts were very welcoming an made the stay worry free. You felt like you were on a ship over looking the water. Defiantly recommend a trip here .

The Studio by the Sea is such a fantastic place to stay. You’re walking distance to the bridge and the center of town, yet you have a peaceful escape any time you need it. The fishing is wonderful, and our little boy loved being able to fish right from the yard. Kris, Beth, and their family are amazingly nice and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Mystic so much that we didn't want to leave. The location is ideal - very peaceful yet close to so many attractions. The hosts were very welcoming, and we enjoyed visiting with them. And the ducks! So cute. But for us the best part was the view. So very restful. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again some day.

This property is gorgeous directly on the water. The studio apartment is genorously sized, we were aBle to setup a packnplay crib for our 14month old. All rooms have views with operable windows for a great breeze and the sounds of the waves. The homeowners were so friendly and even caught a duck so our daughter could pet him. We cant wait to visit again!

Staying in the studio is like living in a picture postcard...the views are amazing day and night, even when the fog rolled in early one morning. Kris and Beth were perfect hosts, and the ducks and dogs were totally entertaining. Definitely our new place to stay in Mystic!

Beth and Chris' gorgeous place absolutely exceeded our expectations. When we walked in for the first time we felt like we had arrived in Paradise. It is so beautifully and comfortably decorated it could be in a magazine. The views from every place you look are absolutely stunning. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the shower is wonderful and the bed is very comfortable, plus the view when you wake up in the morning is gorgeous. We cannot believe how lucky we got to find Beth and Chris' place. They are both so kind and very fun to talk to and I loved all their ducks who all have names. I was so happy I got to meet sweet Sharon This is a place I wish everyone could experience and I just hope we get to get back to visit again. Warm regards and all the best to you, Beth and Chris and your family. You provided such a gift to us. Thank you so very very much. If we could give it 10 stars we would.

We had a great stay at Kris and Beth’s place. They were wonderful hosts and have a beautiful property. We had a relaxing weekend, their oysters are amazing, and nights sitting by the pit fire and looking out over the water was peaceful. Highly recommend a long weekend here.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! The interior is tastefully decorated and professionally built with high end materials. There are 180 degree views of the water and a nice outside area to enjoy watching the waterfront activities. We will definitely be back!

Stunning views from a spotless, gorgeous studio. Photos don’t do it justice! Very well appointed. Super comfy bed. Great location quick drive or short Uber to all the shops and restaurants. Property has adorable ducks. Property owner Beth is the best! We will be returning for certain.

The studio apartment is modern and very comfortable. It is on a piece if land that extends into the wide estuary of the Mystic river. Think beautiful sunsets, sailboats and kayaks, seagulls and egrets. Plus it is walking distance to the town of Mystic and the train station. And they have amusing tame ducks and 2 funny playful dogs.
