About this house rental
Nestled in Puupehu, this lovely house for $349 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Three bedroom, three bath luxury Villa located in Princeville, Kauai with A/C! Just steps from the Makai Golf Course Country Club. Includes two master suites with king-size beds. First master suite has a walk-in shower and TV. The second master suite includes private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Third guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and adjacent full-size bath--located on the main level. Our beautiful, newly renovated home will sleep six privately. The recently added mini-split AC instantly dehumidifies and cools each bedroom and main living areas. Many properties do not have A/C! Beds all have top of the line mattresses. Granite counter tops throughout. Full gourmet kitchen, entertainment center with HD big screen TV, DVD/BlueRay player, WIFI Internet, full-size stacked washer and dryer. All linens provided including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, attached one car garage, beach rinse off area; heated community pool with BBQ grill also just steps away. Dedicated parking space (owner's car stored in the garage). The Villa offers a heated community pool and hot tub with community BBQ. Nearby: Golfing on The Makai Golf Course. The Princeville Center offers a grocery, bank/ATM, post office, restaurants and shops. Kilauea, with its majestic lighthouse and bird sanctuary, along with the quaint little town of Hanalei. More entertainment options include: numerous beautiful beaches, hiking the Kalalua Trail on the Na Pali coast, snorkeling and swimming, surfing world famous Hanalei Bay and 'Tunnels,' scuba diving, boating, windsurfing, ocean and river kayaking, helicopter tours, and horseback riding are all within a 10 minute drive. Other island activities include hiking the Waimea Canyon, which is referred to as 'The Grand Canyon of the Pacific,' deep sea fishing, boat excursions for whale and dolphin watching, bicycling, and boogie boarding. We were incredibly lucky to find the property. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath close to everything the north side of the island has to offer. Close to Lumahi, Tunnels, Hanalei, Anini, and our favorite hideaways beach. It was well stocked and Bryan was an incredible host. It had beach toys and everything we needed for our stay. The unit is also right across from the pool. I could not recommend this place more.

The best place I’ve ever rented in Hawaii.
We had absolutely the best two weeks at this condo! This condo is beautiful. It’s very well set up. The beds are awesome. Three bathrooms and two master bedrooms with A/c was perfect. The condo stayed nice a cool throughout the whole house however it was nice to have it a little cooler in your room at night. I can’t speak highly enough about the owner of the Condo. Such a sweet kind guy! The check in process was great! The pool was great! We had a fun pool party Barbecue one night with other people staying in other condos we met! So fun!!!! We loved the hot tub at night! I have some pretty bad back problems so the Jacuzzi bathtub in one of the master bedroom that I stayed in was perfect! I love how open and spacious this place was. We had the pleasure of being there over Christmas and New Year’s! We did a lot of local fun. Along with going to the other side of the island. I absolutely love Kauai! Such a easy going attitude. Everyone is so nice. It’s absolutely a beautiful island! My new favorite for sure! When I come back to Hawaii I will definitely be trying to get this condo again! For anyone that likes or needs showers , the other master bedroom had a huge walk-in shower.This condo has lots of extra things that are nice like snorkeling gear, boogie boards . I think a surf board. ( I didn’t surf) but everyone else did lol . Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. I highly recommend this property. The owner is a pure delight to talk to and deal with.

There were cleaning supplies at the house too.
Close drive to Hanalei and Anini Beaches. Longer walks to beaches: Hideaways, Sealodge, Puu Poa, and Wyllie's.
Bryan was very responsive to communications and is a very attentive homeowner. Highly recommend his house.

Upstairs in main area was over 80- 90 degrees during the day. No AC there. Just a fan. There were some bug issues and geckos in the house so if you don’t like those you may want to stay elsewhere. I would have rated much higher if it wouldn’t have been so hot in the house. Overall it was a beautiful house but very warm inside it.

We enjoyed it overall, although we were shocked at the amount of cockroaches. It had a well- stocked garage with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, etc. The unit was very clean, other than the bugs running around. The checkin process was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We ate out and the food we brought in was only in the fridge, so the bugs were not related to that. In around 20 stays in different condos on the island, this was more bugs than any if us had seen at any place prior. The unit itself was obviously clean and I'm not sure if it just really needs to be sprayed, or if the neighboring units have an issue they need to handle, but I hope the owner can get it under control. We did enjoy our stay, and it's in a gorgeous area, but as the person booking the unit, I was a bit embarrassed by the excessive cockroaches, because the whole group was as shocked by the extent of it.

Great Location and Views; Well Stocked
Great location and views of the mountains surrounding Princeville and Hanalei (the most picturesque towns on the island). The house was well-stocked (kitchen had all necessities, bathrooms had plenty of towels - bathing and beach, and garage had beach chairs, water shoes, coolers, etc.). Short walk to Queens bath and Hideaway's Beach (a great bonus as parking at both locations is almost non-existent). AC in upstairs bedroom would be nice! Bryan was very responsive to emails and flexible. Overall, a great time on Kauai!

Beautiful location
Bryan’s place was a good spot to explore Princeville and Hanalei Bay, which is a 10 minute drive away. The pool is close but not noisy. There are not views of Hanalei Bay from the unit but are from the property. If you had a crawling baby or toddler, the stairs in the entry might be a problem because they are wide and cannot be gated but our 2.5 year old did fine. We did not use one of the basement rooms since it was carpeted and a little musty (maybe from the recent hurricane) but otherwise the unit was well appointed and very comfortable.

Great Property and nice location!
We enjoyed the stay in this property a lot and I wish our vacation was longer. It is a property inside the scenery, everywhere around it is amazingly calm and beautiful. We walked from this property to Queen's bath to avoid the parking hassle. The owner has many things ready for his guests: beach towels, boogies boards, water shoes... Every early morning, we enjoyed the walk from this property to the cafe of the next golf course to get coffee. The only thing bothered us a little is the celling fan of bedroom on the second floor making some noises at the night. However, it is not a big deal, we totally enjoyed our stay.
