Lovely quiet unit in a nice neighbourhood, amenities were fantastic just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay very homely.

Clean and tidy and good value for money.
The shared driveway with other units and a tight parking space. The photos gave us the impression it was on its own title.

The unit is really cosy, is central to everywhere and has everything you’d need for your time there. The beds are so comfortable! Had the best sleep.

Very convenient being two bedroom. Surprisingly being right in town, it's very quiet even being positioned close to McDonald's, KFC, and Countdown etc. Seems only the residents use the street. Well positioned for sun.

Vince has scrubbed up this property to a very high standard. New carpet, new curtains, soft fresh towels and bed linen. Everything was clean and cereal plus a big bottle of milk in the fridge for breakfast was welcome.
Not sure if Vince is aware of the tap in the kitchen that has a bit of a leak.

Hidden gem! Fast easy check in and check out. Beautiful and well equipped unit at a great affordable price. Great location close to all amenities. Vince was an excellent host and communicated well with us. We felt at home from the moment we stepped inside his home. The unit was clean, and spacious for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Vince.

Perfect location being a short walk to the town centre and a short drive to Ōhope Beach

Clean facilities, board games, all the facilities like our own home, host was hospitable, texted us a welcome and instructions on self check in. Great to have space and self contained facilities after being in a hotel room for 3 nights. Especially washing machine after 3 days if Waka ama Nationals. Even up to date magazines. Breakfast cereal, milk and bread. Thank you Vince a great host.

Bed hard. Noisy neighbors. Parking tight. No bathroom supplies but a body wash.

Very well located and good value. comfortable.
It's a little old house. The toilet seem to be detaching. Worried about messing up the ceiling as no rangehood. The bed mattress seem to be old and not too comfortable. But comparing to other places at that time of year, it is priced lower and would probably not find one at that price on how it is. TV can be bigger.

The beds and linen are dated and needs an upgrade. The cutlery and glasses are very old and not sufficient. The shower is not very comfortable.

All to myself no noise, or rowdy disturbances, lovely and peaceful.
Was great, bit bright with the seasonal lights next door but we got in the mood for Christmas ⛄. Few ants but I didn't bother them and vise versa😁.

Next door neighbour’s Xmas lights flashed on and off into front bedroom until 10pm.
