Unprofessional manager and whole staff.

Location and property was good

Staff was so unprofessional and doesn't like that we have booked via booking.com. Food was horrible. Our birthday celebration was spoiled as there was no coordination by staff. Room was not justifying the price.. Pool water was dirty. Staff was smoking in the main area. We will never recommend to anyone.

Overall good but as per the room charges services was below expectations

Property is at hilltop. Nice location. It is managed fairly but need more improvement in services. Greenery in the resort is good too.

Food was ok ok, variety in breakfast is less. No tv in the rooms. I would recommend this resort but not at very high prices. Swimming pool is dirty and unfit for swimming

Never ever go

Staff is not sufficient to handle the guests, only food service is good ...location is awesome.

Mr.Yogesh who is caretaker of this property is very worst person,even he can not talk nicely to the guests, always dominant person.. Also took more than our bill amount..when we asked to return the money he denies.. After our checkout he called and told us that we forgot to pay the bill of food...is he was sleeping when we were leaving...we wasted our money on this trip...

Don't stay here

Once you get to the top of the mountain to the hotel the view is amazing. That's as far as it goes in what you would like here. Vishal works at the kitchen. He works 18 to 20 hours a day alone taking orders and serving. This means the food takes a long time example dinner will only be served at 11pm if you order at 8.30pm. Banderi is the baggage handler and cleaner. He is sweet and kind. He also works 18 to 20 hours a day. I feel this place takes advantage of their staff.

Yogesh Kumar is the manager. He is dwceptiv, rude, and steals from you. How he steals is buy booking you taxis and charging additional on it. He takes the tips you give to the taxi drivers as his own. Neha Pena is the other manager she will also steal from you. Charge you 2000 rupees for a massage but pay the masseur 1000 rupees and she keeps the rest. This place is badly managed. I booked 3 rooms. 1 room had visible mould growing above the bed. The management didn't do anything about it. They have no regard for your safety. They are even more rude to local Indian citizens. Speaking to the other guests they have even worse experience.

Had an amazing stay and would recommend it for sure for a nice peaceful and comfortable stay.

The location is far off from the traffic and noise and quite serene. Staff is pleasant and the premise is quite big for one to roam around among the mountains.

. The place is very beautiful, clean and well-maintained. We were really alone. The food is reasonable, the rooms are pleasant but could be cleaner. There is a nice little pool that the children really enjoyed.

A nice stay ,movement on weekends should be avoided.

Location.Breakfast was limited but good.Staff was very supportive and courteous.

Couldn’t find the signage for the hotel.Pool should have been maintained. Pillows are too thick. Importantly the uphill/downhill traffic jam near the waterfall while reaching/leaving the resort should be regularised.Parking space could be better. Drivers lounge is missing.

Excellent location. Fantastic view But top of all excellent staff especially Ms Neha Rohra Very humble and courteous. A must stay !

Rooms didn't have a mirror only in washroom. Can have a couple of chairs . Patio chairs notable are not well maintained.

Exceptional

Our stay was fantastic. It was a home away from home experience. The location, atmosphere, staff etc have hospitality in their blood. Very memorable trip thanks to neer ganga resorts. Special thanks to Dr Uday singh, me nilesh, vishal and Ms neha. Staying here is Highly recommended.

Place is great,.staff and service is amazing..

Location is exceptional... Staff is great.. Well greated by Anirudh and team It's a beautiful resort!!

Rooms are way too small.. No TV or fridge in the room.. Electricity is mostly gone, power runs on Inverter and hence no AC during that time.. Light gone for 1 whole night and Inverter went off in couple of hours...
