Located right next door to the cable car, a public bus stop up the stairs and a short walk from the main area, you will find the historical sights within reach, the beach, restaurants, shopping and the opportunity to book outdoor activities and tours at the front desk. I loved the buggy tour. You can book it on the top side of the cable car. I loved the sunset kayaking tour but be ready for roughly 7km in 3 hours! The staff are kind, the dorm I stood in was very sizable with air conditioning. This hostels location was a bit tricky but it is down the stairs from the street. Great location. Reliable WiFi in all the common areas.
Some of the facilities leave a bit to be desired regarding cleanliness. I think more detailed cleaning a couple of times a week in addition to what they do daily would help. Some of the towels smell musty but you can change them out.

Amazing location near to old town and airport bus. Excellent communication from management. Spacious room and very quiet. Small charge to have bag carried to top of stairs which was super helpful.

Everything was nice. Staff so helpful, clean rooms with facilities (towels and slippers given ) and really well located!

The location (although up a hill) was right next to the south gates of the Old Town walls and staff were generally friendly/helpful.
Rooms were too small, beds not comfy and cleaning carried out at awkward hours for guest which meant not efficient. Very expensive daily price for quite a basic hostel.
