The apartments are very neat, close to the center and the sea, and near the train station.

The only thing missing was towels

Ok for one night, but definitely not for the longer period.

Close to everything. + that we could leave luggage before checking-in and after checking-out.

!! Smell in the bathroom from the drain. I am sorry but reply from the owner that «I been there and there was no smell» doesn’t solve the problem. Kids was almost puking when we opened the door to bathroom first time. Problem must be known for the owners for sure 😉 Pour some water for few minutes in sink and shower - it helps for a while. And of course: generally windows open, ventilation in bathroom ON, so you feel less smell. I guess people with sensitive noses couldn’t stay there at all. Apartment looks much better in the pictures when in the reality :)

Rude, unprofessional host and bad smelling flat (no 4)

Location

Was given the wrong code and therefore locked out at 9pm with my six year old who was scared of the whole situation. Tried to contact “RJ” on what to do. No answer. After one hour someone else let us in and I was given their code. When finally inside the flat I had received a message from “RJ” accusing me of not understanding English and that I had to read the instructions carefully. And I was given the code again - only this time one digit was changed! I was told off for contacting them so late and that I should respect their working hours. An extremely stressful situation. On top of this the whole building smelled and the flat smelled damp/mouldy. Old dirty bed sheets and towels were stacked in some kind of space between the hallway and the flat itself. It was not as clean as should be. The pillows were big but lumpy. Only one towel in the bathroom even tho we were two. They wanted me to let in a repairman at 9 am to do som maintenance in the bathroom. I didn’t feel comfortable/ safe with that. At first they tried to persuade me to do it but finally they rescheduled. The shower was very small. A lot of stairs to access the building.

Ubytování je velmi blízko vlakového nádraží.

Skříň v ložnici ve špatném stavu, chybělo prostěradlo na rozkládací gauč, v kuchyni chyběly utěrky a hodně malá koupelna. Také se velmi špatně odemykají vstupní dveře.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, proste odebranie kluczy, resposnywność gospodarza, widok z balkonu

W mieszkaniu jest co prawda bardzo niepraktyczny szklany stół, ale za to zaoszczędzono na najważniejszym, czyli na materacach i pościeli - niewygodne i najgorszej jakości. Balkon był też nieposprzątany. Dla 4-osobowej grupy przewidziano jedną rolkę papieru, po telefonie do właścicielki doniesiono najtańszy szary papier i mydło. Rozplanowanie obiektu jest bardzo nieergonomiczne. Kolejny raz spotkałem się też z cwaniakowaniem na kaucji: nie dość, że została oddana dopiero kilka dni po zdaniu apartamentu, to trzeba było wykłócać się o 100 zł, które rzekomo zostanie potrącone na psa (podróżowaliśmy bez psa)
