Great stay for a xc meet and football weekend. Walked everywhere. Clean house with kitchen stocked. Would stay again.

We enjoyed this property immensely! It's very close to campus and has a large spacious area for gathering and sleeps a lot of people. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. This is the 10th home we have rented in the South Bend area and by far the least clean. The floors didn't seem freshly cleaned and the swimmer was broken so we couldn't even do a quick mop ourselves. The master shower had hair in it, the master toilet bowl was dirty, the refrigerator in the kitchen could be cleaned out a bit more and wiped down, drawers seemed to have years of build up, would be nice if they were cleaned and the view of the lake is amazing, however the windows were filthy. all of these things are an easy fix, perhaps the owners need to look at finding a new cleaning service. We had to search for clean bath towels and found them in the dryer. We would definitely come back if the cleanliness improved. Considering the premium price we paid, the cleanliness was a disappointment. Everything else was fabulous!
