About this condo rental
Nestled in Northstar Drive, this lovely condo for $287 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. One of the country's best year-round destination resorts at Northstar! Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located in the Ski Trails condominiums at the Northstar-at-Tahoe resort, is the perfect choice for your home away from home. Located on Coyote Fork, it is perfectly situated for easy access to both the mountain and the Village at Northstar. Mid-mountain access is a few steps from your front door on the new Highlands Gondola to the Ritz Carlton. Ski home for lunch on the newly developed Coyote Fork run. An easy stroll on paved paths takes you to the Village. Our private location overlooks your own “personal” forest of pines. Our home is fully equipped and accessorized. The living room features a gas fireplace with stone hearth, queen-size pull-out sofa bed (with memory foam mattress), and picture windows overlooking the forest. A deck is just off the living room with gas BBQ grill and bistro set. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped, including a gas range/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and microwave. All kitchen ware and cooking utensils are provided. Small appliances include toaster, blender, coffee maker. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, featherbed topper, & luxury linens. Other amenities include new flat screen television (with game jacks), Cable TV, VCR/DVD player. There is also secure, high speed wifi, an ample supply of books, movies, board games, and puzzles. A hair dryer, iron/board, linens, paper products, and soaps are provided. Our home is a single story on the lower level. There are minimal exterior steps (2 sets of 8 steps) for easy access. For your convenience, a ski locker to store your snow gear is available at the entrance to the building. The key to the locker will be found inside the condo. A guest book in our home includes our recommendations for year-round activities and our local favorites for dining and shopping. This is a NON-SMOKING, dog-friendly home. Our home accommodates a maximum of 4 people. If you haven’t visited Northstar recently, a completely new Village awaits you! With an ice/roller rink, cobblestone streets, outdoor fire pits, boutique shopping, movie theater, restaurants, and nightlife the new Village at Northstar is a great place to hang out during the day or after a day on the mountain. Northstar is an all-season destination resort with world-class amenities. During your stay, enjoy access to the recreation center available exclusively to Northstar property owners for a nominal fee per person, per day. Rec center amenities include three swimming pools (Olympic, kiddie, and year-round lap pool), several outdoor year-round hot tubs, and a health club. Massage services are also available. The recreation center is perfect for families and teens, and includes a large game room with billiards, ping pong, foosball, and video games. There is a world-class tennis center, horseback riding, and an 18-hole golf course that winds through the Martis Valley. Northstar also has its own set of hiking trails and offers world-class mountain biking with and without lift access, during the summer. Northstar is very family oriented. In the winter, the ski school is conveniently located mid-mountain and has excellent ski and board programs for children and adults of all levels. Basic equipment rentals are available on site, along with demo ski/board programs. A day care program is also available. A free shuttle bus is available to transport you throughout Northstar with a stop just outside of our home. However most of Northstar’s features are within minutes walks from our home. We are only 10 minutes from King’s Beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Here you will find beautiful public beaches, water sports, playgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. In the opposite direction, historic downtown Truckee is a 10 minute drive with great restaurants and shopping. The Truckee Trolley shuttle can deliver you to this charming Old West town. The Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski areas are also short distances away. For those of you wishing to try your luck, we are 40 minutes from Reno and 20 minutes from Incline Village casinos on the Lake. Please note, our condo is not available for an entire "Ski Lease."

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained and very clean condominium. No issues at all during our stay. The owner was very responsive prior to our stay, and I’m sure would have been available if we had run in to any issues during our trip. Would highly recommend this unit.

What a clean and quiet getaway! We appreciated all the details that the owners put into the house rules and accommodations. This made check in and check out easy. You can tell the owners respect their home and are so grateful when you do the same. We hope to stay there again! Our pup was spoiled as well!

Communication during, and after booking was excellent, and when we arrived, the house was warm and welcoming, with lots of niceties, like popcorn, coffee, and all the small things that are so easy to forget when you’re preparing for a vacation. Fireplace is awesome, and proximity to Northstar Village made for easy and enjoyable stroll to food, skiing, and other fun.
Kids loved it and we will be back!

This condo was clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple people (and a couple of their friends or a dog). The location offers an easy walk down to the village, lots of parking (permitted), and you can ski in and ski out. It's located on the corner of the building and has a peaceful view of the trees from the living room. All of the appliances are in perfect working order and the place has great water pressure (very important after a long day in the snow).

We had a lovely stay at Jeff and Robin's property. It's very conveniently located a short walk off the end of the Coyote Fork trail and the Highlands Gondola. Both Jeff and Robin were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great for a short weekend of skiing at Northstar.

Great place for a winter get away! Feels like you are in a tree house! The view is beautiful. Very comfortable, cozy and warm condo. Had everything we needed. The fireplace works great. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay. It was perfect for myself and my husband. Easy access to the mountain for us to snowboard, made it a much more enjoyable experience. Easy walk down to the village (we even did it in a snowstorm) for some dinner. We would stay here again!

This property is perfect for a couple. Key items: comfortable bed, plenty of towels and hot water, well equipped kitchen, very effective fireplace. Very quiet with a feeling of seclusion in spite of being in a condo complex. Probably too if the list is access to the Highland gondy and return trail, coyote fork. Not a bad walk to the village. Communication with owner was excellent. We would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay! This condo was conveniently located in North Star within walking distance to the village. It was a very clean, comfortable and nicely designed space for myself and 2 teens. The owners were very responsive and accommodating.
My only suggestion would be to update the TVs to streaming ones.
We would stay there again!

We had a great stay for a ski trip along with our 2 dogs. Robin and Jeff were great and accommodating given all the uncertainty with the weather. Apartment is exactly as described and made it really convenient for us to get some skiing done while still coming home for meetings.

The condo was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The main windows offered a peaceful, private view out into the snow-covered trees. Parking was easy, and there were two good and easy ways to walk to the slopes. The village and its restaurants was also close enough to walk, and well lit even at night. Probably the only thing I'd change was the mattress and pillows which were a bit worn out.

This was my first stay at Northstar and I could tell the owners really care about their property. It is well kept and provides everything you need on a trip so you can really focus on enjoying your time there. Very cozy and plenty of room for a small family. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Our family of 4 with 2 college kids and a small dog stayed for 3 nights and the condo was just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and modern. Walking distance to village but we ended up using the Northstar app to request a shuttle which was very convenient. Free parking at village after 2pm so we drove over for dinner each night. Communication with Robin and Jeff was great, very responsive and helpful. The gas fireplace was such a bonus since we spent our evenings watching a movie by the fire spending quality time together.

We enjoyed this place very much for our thanksgiving retreat to Northstar. Take advantage of the shuttle service back and forth to the village, especially if you have small children! The owners were very helpful during our time there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We attended a wedding and all the events were at northstar and this was a perfect spot for my boyfriend and i to stay at. Great and easy location on the mountain and condo had everything we needed! Our dog Bucky loved it too! Hosts were super responsive and available (although all intructions were clear so we didn't need them much!)
