About this cottage rental
Loon Cottage is located on beautiful Cobbosseecontee Lake in Winthrop, Maine. Loon Cottage has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We have an outdoor gas grill, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, picnic table and Adirondack Chairs. Cobbosseecontee is one of central Maine's largest body of water. Cobbossee is noted for its excellent bass fishing, ranked #52 in 2014 by Bassmaster Magazine. The lake has a lighthouse, many small islands and coves, take advantage of our canoe to explore. Our guests can access the Monmouth Boat Launch located a few miles from our house or utilize our boat launch. Our waterfront features a dock, perfect for fishing. Enjoy the echoes of the loons and eagles on the lake!

Really nice, very clean, 3 bedroom, lake house, 5 beds with bunk beds in one of the rooms. Living room looks out over the lake. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the pans and silverware etc. Beautiful lake. Great views. Plenty of room. Washer/Dryer bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Price was more than reasonable and I'd stay there again in the future. Good breakfast place (Phil's) about 9 minutes from the house. Host had everything ready to go when we arrived and no issues at all!
